Easy. House doesn’t convene - you need 2/3rds of the delegations to be there. Dem state delegations can simply not show up. There hasn’t been an election decided like this since 1825. There’s not a lot of precedent.

If your argument is that it's a long shot, yeah I know. Those two state senators in MI are all it would take there, but obviously at least one other state would have to flip.

He doesn't have to win 6 times, but it seems he needs at least 2 wins, one per state.

In the end, it comes down to the question of whether the Trump people can show enough sketchy stuff to convince 5 justices that the elections weren't valid, or at least some of the votes weren't.

PA has a lot of ballots tied up in that case that's expected to go in front of the sc, and indications there are somewhat positive.

I am pessimistic, of course, but zero sharks with rubber duck teeth have ever existed, and I think his chances are greater than 0.
