I never watched the UK version of House of Cards but I heard good things about it. And "In the thick of it" was good right up to the penultimate episode where they go bogged down with "Iraq War bad". The Iraq War was bad but their take on it wasn't funny.

Republicans were supposed to lose seats in the house, they gained them. Also they were supposed to lose the senate.

Trump did get bigger numbers than 2016.

Trump can win without arizona, but we don't know the winner of arizona yet.

Same with each state below that.

You missed "Trump can still win by direct elector assignment by the legislature", which MI repubs literally are threatening if the vote isn't audited.

I’m still not sure about the Dominion angle, it seems too perfect. There may be people with more evidence behind the scenes, but it would have to amount to an utterly explosive reveal and I’m not going to wear myself out hoping for that kind of long shot.

Even if Trump uses the nuclear option by banking on direct electors, if he wants any sort of stability should he serve a second term, he needs to make a slam dunk case to the public. This is an uphill battle in the extreme, given the state of the media, so every little bit helps. I’m convinced that if the Trump legal teams can actually manage to hold on to their fucking spaghetti, there will be enough credible on the ground testimony to break through the noise.


In the meantime though, while we wait for the direct evidence of other forms of fraud to coalesce, there are some macro trends that will help know where to look. In terms of secondary statistical evidence using analysis of the voter file, there are a couple things I’d like to see:
  1. Total number of inactive or invalid registrants in key states that were marked as having voted or requested ballots.
  2. Random samples of these groups with canvassing to confirm if they were a clerical error or a likely fraudulent vote. Apply this percentage to the total list to get a confident statistical range for fraudulent votes cast.
  3. Compare turnout across states based on mail-in ballot restrictions in place; ie, look at states that auto mailed out ballots, vs states that only auto mailed out ballot applications, states with different witness verification requirements, etc. Look for anomalies in swing states.
  4. Compare turnout in different counties within swing states and look for outliers in ballots outside of trends; if there were an improbable amount of requests/returns in a district compared to districts with similar demographics, that should be a red flag.
  5. Look at first time and low propensity voters in swing state counties compared to similar counties. Look for reasons other than fraud why this would occur and rule them out via different comparisons. If there’s an abnormal spike in one district for low propensities outside of stastistical variation, that would be worth looking into. Follow up with a sub group of these voters to get a feel for percentages.
  6. Opinion poll of inner city African Americans in Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Atlanta asking if they really did vote for a shriveled corpse at higher rates than they did for a charismatic brother a decade ago, even despite Trump growing his vote share among black men.
That’s just off the top of my head. There’s almost no chance anyone in a position to act on these ramblings reads this thread, but I have it on good authority that a few key data journalists interested in election integrity at least read their email.

These are not tactics used by people society should tolerate. But it's worse than that. Large special interests have captured those who use these tactics. Shit's going to get real fucking bad if there aren't enough good people where they need to be.

Why on earth wouldn't house delegations be able to determine a winner? That's 26-24 in repub favor. Not that I'd call it a foregone conclusion.

You’re reading too much into a meme image - the fact is that no, Trump is not winning this election without some supreme bullshit. Legislatures sending in delegates at the last minute won’t get past the Supreme Court as it’s a post-facto thing. No state legislature is planning on doing this. Only two state senators in MI have endorsed the idea.

Trump’s only chance is to somehow get this to the Supreme Court six times with very specific declarations and every time win. That’s like getting bitten by a shark whose teeth are made of rubber ducks. It’s possible but so fucking unlikely it isn’t realistic.
