There was a video on YouTube by David Rubenstein of The Carlyle Group. He said 3 things: 1. If you're a great entrepreneur then why would you want to work for us? You should be doing entrepreneurship. 2. We don't hire geniuses, they are too difficult. 3. We want people who are modest, who want to make money but don't want to show it off.

My point is that I'm here because this is where my skillset lead me. A person like me isn't supposed to just "get a job." I'm not a normie.
