The Lolbertarian Anti-Racist League really sounds like something that will mind its own business like good libertarians do

I question whether the LP spoils close elections for Republicans at all, at this point the only people left associated with it sure seem like pedophile I still want muh legal weed fellow traveler pinkos

Fuck Whorgensen. She sucked away a ton of votes.

His sacrifice for America was repaid a 100 years later when Princeton removed his name. Now nobody will remember his legacy. Or care about his legacy given how browner the country has become thanks to his successors. If Teddy wasn't pissed at the GOP, he would have never become president.
His legacy is still around, both parties gain their support by claiming to fight elements of Wilson's legacy. The GOP claims to fight the expansion of government, the Dems claim to fight racism (lol), and both parties will claim to stop forever wars if they can bludgeon the other party with the association.

True. But having the Democrats in full control is just as bad, if not worse.
How so? Didn't the Dems have full control of the three branches for, what, 2008-2010? These people are bureaucrats who spend days arguing over nothing. They don't accomplish anything when they're in power so there's little to worry about, at least at the federal level. The mayors and DAs who are refusing to prosecute criminals are really bad for their communities, but that has nothing to do with the president.

Even if the Dems have full control of the presidency and both parts of the legislature, Trump got a crazy amount of federal judge lifetime appointments. So the judicial branch will act as a check on them both for decades.

Oh she'll fucking try. Mark my words, she'll try her damnedest, but the party is going to tard wrangle her so hard she'll be lucky to get into Iowa.
I'm of the mind that the powers that be in the Democrat Party will either gerrymander her or primary her in 2022 and have the rest of "The Squad" put on a VERY tight leash (With AOC being made as an example, although they might also use Iowa in 2024 to beat her in compliance). She will indeed try, only to realize she's spent her entire existence in a bubble (even by Dem standards). Though I would love to see her run as the nominee of the Green Party or the DSA or really any one of those retarded third parties.

Hey I'm a dumbass will they do court stuff over the weekend or is it a 5 day schedule?

It's called a Principate, authoritarianism noob.

I think we'll have to wait for Barron avenging his father, Octavian style. His autism will allow him to rediscover Gödel's trick by reading posts on The Farms, the last refuge for unorthodox thought following the Biden purge of the Internet.

Barron or Trump or maybe both will eventually a title meaning 'Emperor' that successive rulers will adopt, a bit like Caesar did. It will be a happy time of peace and prosperity, after the proscriptions. Until the barbarians arrive.
Octavian wasn't Julius' biological son, but adopted as an heir. So maybe if Kushner had charisma and could shake off the Wormtongue reputation he had among the far right...

It's shitty to do, but the GOP should of mirrored the DNC strategy of kicking the local lefty third party (Green) off the ballot to suck up their votes.
I get where you both are getting at but the whole "THIRD PARTY IS STEALING VOTES FROM MAJOR PARTIES" is retarded because a person voting third party was not going to vote R or D anyway.

Considering they want to arrest them for aiding Trump, and have plenty of attack dogs, I doubt that.

Don't worry the next popular zoomer hot take will be "Who cares if we're a one-party state when was the last time the party has ever lead you astray" while drowning in student debt and medical bills for treating the plethora of mental illnesses they likely developed from living in current year.

They rammed through a horrible health care bill that we're still dealing with the consequences of to this day.

I hope you’re right, but for me the real problem is how Biden/Harris “won” rather than them winning. If they feel like they can create fraud on this massive of a scale and get away with it, it will happen again. The effects won’t be immediate, but if they get in and fraud still occurs, we could be seeing Democrat supermajorities for years to come and nothing to stop it. This isn’t even accounting for Biden and Harris trying to enact online policies “hate speech”, which would cripple any alternatives for actual online discussion.

I absolutely have those concerns too. But I also know Leftists tend to direct their initatives in a chaotic manner. So what I'm hoping is with stuff like hate speech, they get a team together but they scrap for most of the 4 years on what they'll actually do before presenting it to congress where it all gets voted down anyway

I mean it's not like the Republicans stop existing and they have lots of seats, so I would presume *if* Trump doesn't turn it around. Then next move is to block/oppose whatever Bidens planning and continue to look at state voting systems. It's not like early Obama who could run wild and yet didn't get a lot done when he had the most control.

The fraud is an issue too. I imagine what will happen is investigations happen even post-inauguration, stuff is found - it's sweeped undercover by media, but people actually involved get sacked and new systems put into place. Not very satisfying, but is what it is. It might even be better to work without media hoopla or them screaming NOTHING TO SEE HERE while they all focus on Kamala kissing babies and turning white house water into wine.

For anyone keeping track, the Dems have lost 12 seats in the house. Tack on the fact that 10 house Dems have openly stated that they won't be back Pelosi for the Speaker role and we've already got the single most pathetic Blue Wave BEFORE Trump has even gone to court.
That's funny, I've got 10 (with 3 Dem flips for a net of -7) based on NYT. Who else have you got?

It would be hilarious if NJ 7 flipped, as Kean cut the margin from over 10,000 to under 6k yesterday and now its at around 4.5k with supposedly 15-20k more votes left. I'm also thinking they might take Utah 4 and potentially NY 3, 18, and 19. IA 2 and CA 25 are an absolute mess rn and can go either way.

I hope CA 25 flips red because than the Democrats can blame Cenk for making the Dems look bad there when he ran in that district.

It already flipped in May during their special election. It's basically a rematch between the two final candidates from last time, and the current margin is ~100 votes favoring Mike Garcia (R)

While I have similar doom and gloom feelings, I should point out

Biden is there for 4 years or 8 at worst, Obama was there for 8 and his main achievements are;

-Gay Marriage
-Killing Bin Laden
-Half assed Healthcare plan
-Fucking up school dinners for kids
-Drone attacks
-Botched Haiti recovery
-Benghazi

I don't like much of what the Biden campaign has in mind. He'll get some of the "b-but he didn't mean to do [insert thing everyone hates here]" that Obama got during his term, but he's also a rich old white dude. So he's not entirely immune.

I'm just saying, much as I struggle to believe it myself. Biden win won't mean end of America anymore than Trump winning meant LGBT conversion camps.
That's assuming the system works as intended, and all that pseudo-revolutionary zeal pent up over the past 4 years turns out to be a bunch of hot air. But I'm just an early zoomer, so maybe this song and dance has happened before and I was too young to notice.
