Token voter fraud prosecution:

Michigan man facing felony charges for voter fraud, AG says

A Canton Township man is facing felony charges for filling out, signing and submitting his daughter’s ballot to the local clerk’s office.
“These actions highlight my office’s commitment to pursuing, investigating and charging, when necessary, election fraud,” Nessel said.
See! We're tough on on voter fraud.

Voter fraud in Michigan wasn’t isolated to the General Election. According to the Attorney General, earlier this summer, Karen Rotondo of Plymouth Township was charged with a felony after allegedly attempting to obtain an absentee voter ballot in the name of another person in the weeks leading up to the August 2020 primary.
I hate how blatant this bullshit is. These people are alll lowlife criminals.

It's pretty obvious what the answer to his question is. The illegal votes get declared illegal and the remaining legal votes counted. The precedent then flips all the disputed states. Though for tactical reasons her answer is actually 'That's up to the Supreme Court'.

Rate me rainbows if you want but even if that is legal it is not a sustainable basis for government. E.g. in Taiwan, the martial law regime had the law 100% on its side but eventually, Lee Teng Hui conceded that and democratized. And then won democratic elections until he hit the term limits he himself had put in place. There are many, many cases of this. The only counterexamples are regimes like China that are able to use the army to mow down demonstrators. And I don't see Democrat support in the US army going up from its current low level. Particularly if they try to politicize it in their favor.

trump needs more fighters, this lady got flustered by a soyboy.

And I admire but discourage your mixing of apples and oranges. Bush v. Gore isn't 2020. In fact, those that presided over the case have been explicit about that. As to the other legal humdrum, I fail to see your design. Biden has won by popular vote and the electoral college by a relatively large margin, there's no precedent nor case for the supreme court to give Joe a wedgie.
You're right.
Bush v Gore didn't have the obnoxious levels of ballot fraud & illegal processing 2020 has.

Trump's approval rating on the day of election was about 46%, which was on par with Obama's during the same time in his administration. In fact, Trump's approval rating has never gone below 40% and generally was around 43-44% which is far from being the lowest in history (either Carter, Bush 2 or Lincoln get that honor). In fact, it's completely average for most modern presidents.
It was often below 40, hitting as low as 35.

Not according to the RCP aggregate polls or YouGov, which were correct in 2016. Again, which polls you cite matter. If you're citing polls which don't reflect the political makeup of most of America (which is a good deal of them frankly), then they're worthless. That's why RCP and YouGov tend to be more accurate than not.
