This is not an adept defense on any level so far. It's basically we violated the law but this is the wrong venue for it and also it didn't harm anyone because violating the law doesn't harm anyone in this context

They are claiming that rigging an election does not cause any harm to either the people of the country whose election has been rigged or the person that is being kicked out of office (read: FIRED) as a result of the rigging.

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeehm.

You know, the left's always going on about how much getting fired harms people and how our labor laws must make firing people impossible to protect the workers.

I sense hypocrisy.

Something that stands out: defense argues, in the case of Philadelphia for example, that ballot curing was offered, but there's no indication that those offers were taken or that those ballots were counted.

Nobody said anything about said lawsuits coming from his campaign. Can you stand to figure out what you're talking about before you waste everyone's time?

Offered at the same rate and percentage? Because if you offer 100 democrats the chance to cure and only offer 5 Republicans, and those 5 don't respond, that's still a bias.

They're so lucky voter fraud is hard to prove. When the guy who is the president-select does some bullshit once he gets into office, I might feel just a wee bit violated. But it's not as if Joe's talking a fat whiff of me.
