Yes but they're burning through it much faster than Trump is. Trump has hold the line and gained terrain since this shit started, meanwhile as we saw yesterday the Dem's lawyers have been strained to the point of claiming rigging the elections doesn't cause any harm. Their judges have just gone ahead and broken constitutional law because they ran out of other tricks to use. Their grip on the media establishment is resulting in unprecedented backlash. Their control and censorship of social media has already gotten them into trouble and right wing platforms are springing as a result. And in general, they've burned bridges so fast it's kind of amazing.
I have many historical references to events like these but just to summarize the lesson: doesn't matter how much better your starting position is during a war of attrition, not if you burn through your supplies at breakneck speeds. Just ask Napoleon how that goes. And by god, the dems have started plowing through their own standing so fast they're giving CNT-FAI a run for their money! At this pace Trump's winning this hard. All he needs is for the SC to hold the line and Guilliani to make a good case, and at least for now he's gaining terrain on both those fronts and every other side of this war. Shit's going fine!
Oh holy shit what DIDN'T he do? I think my favourites were his prior cases. Yeah this guy has gotten a not insignificant number of Writs of Mandamus in the past. For those who don't know: Writ of Mandamus is what the COA does to a judge when he fucked it up in such a strange way that they can't even fix it without resorting to it, like the usual provisions of an appeal are simply insufficient now. And aside from that, he just straight up ignored the standards of evidence, tossed the evidence binder of one party claiming it didn't matter because he had the one of the other party, who hadn't given it to the first party btw, and then said the first party had no evidence because they couldn't find the evidence they were looking for on the other side's binder live in a matter of seconds while looking at said binder for the first time. (Later we also found that indeed at least part of that evidence just wasn't even on the defense's binder at all because they hadn't put it there, and therefore couldn't be found by the plaintiff at all without their binder.), he tossed out filings without giving any explanation at all, just wrote an order that said to toss it out without actually giving any reasoning. He also at one point literally stated aloud that he didn't care about what the law said when the plaintiff's lawyer tried to explain to him why he was fucking up so badly. And in general he just, from the moment the hearing started until the last I heard of him, didn't give a single fuck about not getting reamed of appeals. He's the kinda guy that will deliberately do something he knows will be destroyed by the court of appeals just out of spite or straight up just because he doesn't wanna do the job so he's sending them to appeals so someone else manages it until they come back, he is THAT fucking crazy. It is incredible, he was a continuous spectacle of pure bullshit. It almost mesmerizing, like a trainwreck in slow motion, where the trains are filled with puppies and orphans, and also on fire.

Many don't realize what it means when they say that, but a few know exactly what will happen. They want to believe you are a nazi? Then they harass you relentlessly until you say "fuck it, why not?" Then you are the zombie. Who really gets what they want in the end? The guy tilting at windmills or the one who just wanted to grill? The rest is a matter of who is in control when the shit hits the fan, and it would be folly to assume it is the people who joined the game just because they were mad.
