The Republicans wanted to throw out all of the Detroit votes. Detroit is mostly black and voted for Biden. Republicans wanted to rig the election.

That's me. I turned heel a few years ago
They want an audit to investigate some blatant fuckery. I know you're doing a bit and I'm a moron for engaging you, but it's still important this stuff get's out there.

Not certifying is the only leverage they have, and they're using it. Certification on the condition of investigation/canvassing/signature verification shouldn't offend anyone except people who are insecure about whether or not fraud occurred, or otherwise actively trying to hide it.

The most charitable argument I can make is that the verification process may lead to a percentage being disenfranchised by overzealous ballot challengers, but that's why you make it bipartisan in the first place, and the overwhelming evidence right now is that the count itself initially took place behind closed doors without meaningful oversight.

So unless you're a goddamn partisan hack who is truly naive enough to believe that all of your side is made of of widdle angels who would never cheat, then every argument you could make against verification is already valid regarding the count that already fucking occurred. The only solution is more oversight if you want people to trust the results.

Like what did he do that was so autistic?
"Autistic" is the wrong word for what he did.

The people Vic sued filed a motion to dismiss under an anti-SLAPP motion (this kind of legal option is typically reserved for people who want to ward off big business burying them under lawsuits for exercising 1st Amendment rights)-- of course, Vic is suing them because they issued false statements (involving sexually harassing or assaulting them) that directly led to multiple contract breaks and presumably a number of industry blackballs.

In order to ward off an anti-SLAPP motion in Texas, you need to demonstrate that you have a prima facie case (i.e. it's even marginally uncertain that you're launching these lawsuits purely to stifle 1st Amendment rights, which defamation is not covered by). However, it appeared that Chupp didn't recognize this and instead held Vic's lawyers to the standard civil evidentiary bar (preponderance of the evidence, i.e. >50% likely)-- he also imposed strange standards like providing more than one case of a tort in order to vindicate the charge. Aside from this, there were a few of plaintiff's affidavits that were improperly notarized, removed, and then replaced with un-notarized affidavits (which are still admissible) after the filing deadline. In the hearing, Chupp didn't make a definitive ruling on the admissibility of these documents, but said something to the effect that he'd likely admit them-- regardless, he allowed plaintiff to speak of and refer to said affidavits without interruption. Furthermore, Chupp outright states that an assertion made by one of the defendants (IIRC, it was about Marchi's accusation of having her hair yanked by Vic) was a question of fact (to speak nothing of the multiple questions of fact raised by the affidavits). This, by itself, should have been enough to at least partly reject the dismissal motion.

Despite this, a total dismissal was rendered. Later, he substantially reduced the fees that defendants would be able to collect from plaintiff. Additionally, in hearings following the anti-SLAPP dismissal, he acknowledged that they'd all likely find themselves back in his courtroom (further suggesting that even he knew he made a poor verdict).

It should be noted that the entire court case was a pig fight. Some of plaintiff's filings were sloppy, the defendants' anti-SLAPP filing would make the National Enquirer's editors blush, and both parties' filings were voluminous with arguably poor narrative construction (you could argue the defendants' strategy was to overwhelm the senses of the judge, while the plaintiff was too initiated to recognize what needed to be emphasized in order to make an accessible argument).

Regardless, it was clear that Chupp couldn't be bothered with anyone.

wait, it took me a while to get that liberals were the democrats.

I don't conflate the two, for me liberals are the NAP, gadsden flag waving guys.

Are you a Eurocuck?

What we call "liberals" in America are what Europeans call social liberals.

What you all call liberals/classical liberals, we call libertarians.

so what the fuck exactly happened last night?
I heard they certified the election in Michigan after the legislators got threatened, and now I hear they are putting off the certification until it's audited. Yet the media are reporting it as if it's already certified.

What the hell is happening? And why is Tim Pool saying it was certified?

Lugenpresse is lugenning, as usual.

The machine is bleeding to death.

Georgia GOP Chairman regales us with the tale of the Georgia disaster. Looks like Dekalb's just making up numbers and saying "yup, that's right lmao". He also makes some fun comparisons.

The recording error during the hand count doesn't matter because the tally was recorded correctly in the original count.

...but the hand count is being done in order to verify the original count.

Is there something I'm missing?

Because there's a ton of bullshit around and it's hard to know what the details are.

Like what did he do that was so autistic?

"I know the law says X but I want Y and I'm god of my courtroom, so give me Y. No, actually, give me TWO Ys." "I can't, because we're sane people who were expecting X because that's how the fucking law works." "Ok then, case dismissed."

This is after he was smacked down repeatedly for the following bit of wisdom in another case: "I know we're in the US, but this involves a Church, so we'll be applying the laws of the Church instead of the laws of the United States."

Honestly this raises even more questions than answers. Just saying, blue checkmarks, when debunking something, you want to answer the question and leave no doubt, not have everyone wonder what the fuck you're on.

They are back at it again giving Biden a halo.

There's only one Biden family member wearing a halo and that's Naomi Biden, the infant that was killed in that car accident.
Did...Did they not realize he looks like he has horns in that picture? With those all black looking eyes too, Christ propaganda has gotten terrible.
he's generally not keen to repeat what happened to Theresa May.
Who is?
Before you guys get too excited about Michigan:

Oh, Mike Shirkey. Let me tell you a story about Mike Shirkey:

Senator Shirkey is ineligible for re-election in 2022.

Gee, how convenient.

Lol no they didn't. They wanted to throw out Detroit votes, until one of the other people said that the votes outside of Detroit were even more suspicious, then they suddenly were okay certifying it. Nice try with the partisan hack shit, though. I know you guys are upset that Daddy Trump lost, but you can't support suppressing the vote

The one thing that keeps coming to mind right now is they should really look at that one electoral district in Nebraska just to be safe and see if doing anything there with fraud triggers RINO Sassy Sasse
Minnesota too. I do not believe for a second that Biden pulled hundreds of thousands more votes out of Hennepin County than Clinton while Trump gained there too. Someone on Twitter posted this map too, not sure how to verify the information though.
