A "dysphoria hoodie" is just a huge baggy plain pullover that hides your form. Male or female, you can't see a waist/hips/chest on anyone in a hoodie that big unless they have huge tits or something, so it's supposed to make you harder to clock/make you not think about your body. And yeah, I don't know how you get to these designs from Monster High's very complicated designs. What's the point? I wonder if they made Ghoulia autistic too, since the zombies are nonverbal and just grunt, but can read and write fine.
