The jungle was truly the worst book I read in school,
I do remember there was this one book about a kid who knocks up and later murders her while trying to get to the upper class, anyone know what book that was?
Looking back I can see most of it was blatant marxist or america bad. The teachers where I lived were content to let people use notes or the summaries you could get online instead of forcing people to read.

Don‘t count on Trump snatching victory from the jaws of defeat, count on the Dems to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Doxxing someone’s kids on camera, being caught on tape performing illegal ballot deliveries, really bad legal arguments that can only be held up by party line judges, the Dems have really backed themselves into a corner this time. I am waiting to see how they screw up in the SCOTUS hearing at this point. I mean, they keep piling onto this mess every day on their own.

Plaintiff is making the case for how what he's asking for via mandamus writ can be done-- he suggests electronic audit. State says it can't be done, plaintiff says judge can fashion a solution.

Judge asks about the harm that the plaintiff seeks to remedy. Plaintiff says that this is about "correcting errors". Judge asks how this "re-audit" is to affect results. Plaintiff talks again about correcting errors, and brings up the possibility of hacked machines, which is something that would be more possible on a precinct-basis rather than on a voting center basis. Judge stops him to get clarification on what the audit is for and how auditing by precinct would matter. Plaintiff clarifies that because races are by precinct, hacking/sabotage would be directed towards precinct rather than voting centers given that the latter are across precincts. Last I paid intent attention to it, the judge was trying to wrap his head around it.

Defense is adamant that precincts are not hacked.
