Yup. This was the stand to make and the GOP cucked. Sad, but I think the only path is forward. State Court will uphold the “no backsies” vote, and this will never make SC.

We live in a society where competent people have to survive being literally surrounded by hate. What kind of hate? The petty, foolish hate that morons have when they know that if they allow others to move forward, they will be left behind. These people play the social game just to ruin others to punish them for not giving them the “hidden secrets” to why their peers can actually make it, because for some reason they think that everything has some hidden manual that makes everything so simple, or that there is some magic button/file on the computer that makes the business create money out of thin air. (This is one of the few things I will blame TV and movies for, they never explain why the bookworm can make money, just that he can by reading words. Even video games have a halfway decent habit of explaining why said object or person can create success/wealth/power with some detail, so they actually dodge this bullet.)

Talented college student? Sabotage away, spread rumors about him to prevent employment when they graduate because wrongthink violation. Minority not conforming to the preset standard? Crabs in the bucket mentality cleans that up for you! Business starting to take off? Sue them for violating OSHA footwear safety standards or some other obscure garbage. Always obstruct, even when they aren’t even tangentially related to you. They don’t want anyone to make it, unless you let them take a piece of the success “following their ‘correct‘ methods” because you can’t be an individual thinker anymore.

This performed over the course of decades leads to stupid people having power. One of the fastest and easiest means of obtaining power is through politics. Hopefully this long as hell rant helped answer your three sentence question. ;)

Also note the phrase at point 23 "I was sent statements". That implies some kind of written word (evidence) where the verbal agreement made was not only broken, but deceitful from the very beginning.

Duress and explicit deceitful behavior.

Actually, I'll give Rowling the benefit of the doubt on this one since Wizard's Hall sounds pretty obscure and it might just be a case similar to The Last Broadcast and The Blair Witch Project where they have the same basic premise but were created in total isolation from each other.

The weird part is that the Satanic Panic was in its last dying gasps by the time Harry Potter first started to get popular.

You'd think Jane Yolen's series would've been hit harder by the Satanic Panic since it was still mostly a national phenomenon in 1992-1993 but apparently not.

Still, the evidence gained here is really good and I honestly think the best shot Trump has isn't so much a total flip of the votes in audited recounts but getting a major SCOTUS win in either Pennsylvania or Michigan that gives the Republican state legislatures the greenlight to appoint new electors in Trump's favor

I have half a mind to advocate going full chinese on LBJ and say his entire family tree should be desecrated. His administration took the downward trend and nosedived this country, and by God if we discover it was a fraudulent administration, every bergstein in the world chipping in couldn't pay hell its dues.
