That's the weird thing about all this. If Biden gets in the US is basically finished. You'll get a period of uniparty rule, censorship and de facto martial law from lockdowns. I.e. a sort of totalitarianism.

If Trump gets in it will be because he's won in the courts and used the Insurgency Act to suppress AntiFa and BLM. I.e. a period of authoritarian rule which will hopefully transition to democracy.

Interestingly Churchill said exactly that of Roosevelt in Great Contemporaries. It was considered so impolitic it was removed from wartime editions and only reinstated later. Churchill suspended elections, censored the press, and locked up opponents in the war, things that were necessary IMO. However, it wasn't a surprise he lost the 1945 election. Roosevelt was so successful electorally he caused an amendment to limit future presidents to two terms to avoid elective dictatorship.

I'm a fan of Churchill, not so much of Roosevelt. Still, there's something of the Roman dictator about both of them whether you like them or not.

Even if they did, there's video evidence of the other certifiers threatening their kids and the SoS threatening them with jail time. You can't really charge a person with anything or hold them accountable for breaking a contract when you threaten them. I literally remember that because I read of a case where a woman robbed a bank in the stead of two robbers who kidnapped and threatened to kill her daughter.
