I think right now we're moving towards a bunch of state court cases Trump will lose, then it will go to the SC. And despite the fact that it's 6-3 and Constitutiomally Trump should win, they will pick Biden. If they pick Biden, the right will whine and seethe. but if they pick Trump there will be riots, the MSM will declare him illigitimate in a propaganda blitz even bigger than the current one, and people will be begging for a UN coalition war and for China, Russia, the UK, or anyone else to refuse to recognize Trump and/or invade to "liberate" us.

The safe thing is for the SC to side with Biden, and they will.

Constitutionally, the most dangerous thing would be to just let Biden win. Such a ruling would set precedent for an executive and a judiciary that can completely ignore the laws set forth by the legislature. The legislature will just impotently scribble words on to what might as well be toilet paper while the executive wipes its ass with it and just goes "nah, I'll make my own laws lmao"

I think there's no way you can actually predict what way these court cases will go, but your claims regarding what will happen if Trump is picked aside from riots and MSM whining are absurd. Few people will beg for the US to be invaded by foreign powers if Trump is sworn in in January, and nobody will listen to that few because invading the USA is fucking suicidal unless you're willing to go literally nuclear and invoke a MAD situation, which is self-defeating.

Even if they did, there's video evidence of the other certifiers threatening their kids and the SoS threatening them with jail time.
