After Trump announced and financed a recount in some Wisconsin counties, local boards tried to change their recount procedure to make it harder to observe and challenge ballots but GOP election board members held their ground and kept the original rules.

It’s not much but it helps, and may indicate a greater willingness to fight as the recount goes forward.

Is the claim that Tucker misrepresented the voter record?
