There's something wonderful about the fact that the Republic may be saved by the efforts of someone called Bob Spindell. It's like something out of Office Space.

I must admit listening to Ben Shapiro explain how the courts can decide there's not enough evidence presented to block certification is pretty worrying.

Maybe they'll lose in PA, the SCOTUS won't take it up and that's it. President Biden.

I have no doubts about the Mail-In Ballot Fraud case that Giuliani has built. I am 100% confident that that sort of fraud happened at such a scale that it flipped states.

I have.... questions about Powell's Dominion case. More specifically about this whole "HAMMER & SCORECARD" thing whose credibility seems a little on the sketchy side.

A link with some related information on who "discovered" H&S:

TL;DR, he appears to be a scam artist ("double your computer memory for free", "Detect Brain Anomalies"), but if someone wants to prove me wrong, go on ahead.

I believe that Dominion's voter machines could very well be used for fraud. I just don't exactly believe the less supported claims on sight.

ETA: A "Dennis Montgomery" is being claimed as the originator.
BLXWare, which is run by Montgomery and unnamed associates, is rife with one allegation after another that there is a giant conspiracy involving the intelligence community, and that this network is hacking into a variety of entities, which includes “Texas Churches,” The Home Depot, and random pharmacies, to name a few. The CIA and other intelligence agencies are also spying on pro-life groups, pro-choice groups, random satellites in space, oil companies, and a never-ending list of “victims,” the website claims.

He's presumably right about that much, but since Snowden, this is a facile statement.

Reactions: Literally Murdered
Nice depiction of /pol/ if Biden wins
Only if Biden won a fast and devastating blowout.

In this case the drawn out ‘victory’ and its uncertainties provides room for cope and regrouping. In this case, even if Trump loses his cases, the sheer amount of masks-off b.s. revealed during this election should allow them to pivot towards whatever they want to group around next.

I tagged people already in the thread on that page. They were already here, that's where I got the names you absolute mongoloid. I know stupid people have trouble with cause and effect but goddamn, use your shitty little brain for a moment.

Why are you bringing up some shit from months ago? Who the fuck cares? "You got in trouble with the jannies teehee".
They really were not on this thread before you summoned them though: I checked and it became literally unreable for over 10-20 pages after you pulled them in.

I have no idea with regard to your first point. I suppose Obama has those two beat in that department. But repeatedly violating people's 4th amendment rights has nothing on FDR keeping tens of thousands of American citizens in internment camps among other things FDR did.
Yeah, FDR was pretty horrific when it came to interpreting the Constitution, and a lot of the problems we're facing today are a result of his authoritarian bullshit. Make no mistake that, in terms of Constitutional overreach, FDR was pretty bad, but at least he followed appropriate procedures rather than just blatantly ignoring existing guidelines and protocols.

I'm one of the few people to actually believe that Korematsu was rightly decided, even though what the US did regarding the internment camps and many internees' losing their property afterwards was a disaster and those affected were rightfully compensated. There is a strong enough case to be made that at the time, the internment was justified based on the seriousness of the situation and lack of clarity over the military situation at the time. The internment was a far more nuanced situation than most people believe, and wasn't just based on racial animus as many on the Left want you to believe.

There is no justification for keeping children in prison just because the federal government suspected their parents could possibly act as a fifth column (which is still patently ridiculous). That is absurd nor does that discount my point that this was infinitely worse than what the IRS during Obama did to conservative groups.

Going back to your first point, if you can argue for Korematsu, how then can you not argue Obama could have American citizens killed overseas for possibly engaging in treason (and yes I understand this can be a slippery slope)? What exactly was he or any other President supposed to do in this situation? Kidnap the person in question? Ask the local government to capture or kill the person in question? I mean it leaves the President's hands clean if that's the route he wants to go, but it's still a bit amoral don't you think?

Roy Moore was a product of the MeToo witch hunt and a deeply divided GOP. He was the GOP's choice for the nom, and those spineless bastards did nothing for him as he faced down the Witchhunt at it's full strength. The Kavanaugh confirmation changed a lot of that now, and Tara Reade's unpersoning has for the most part discredited MeToo.

The Detroit fraud needs to actually be litigated for years, hard evidence needs to be collected, and a solid case needs to be built. That requires months and years, not weeks, of discovery, and that can only happen starting next year. This is why the GOP leadership needs to step up now to nip it in the bud. It's unlikely to go away even with a Trump win unless it's litigated for real.
Do I really need to bring up how much of a worthless sack of shit Moore is every time people try to downplay it? He’s literally every left-wing stereotype about right wingers you can imagine; on top of being so big a dominionist freak that he removed from the state supreme court twice, in Fucking Alabama. I’m amazed he hasn’t been dosbarred all things considered. He was literally the worst possible choice for that seat, if only because it gave the DNC ammo needlessly. It’s no longer important anyway. The only way that Senate seat becomes more secure than with Tuberville is if Bear Bryant was still alive and wanted it.

It would have arguably been worse to separate them from their parents rather than just moving them to temporary camps. It's definitely a serious constitutional violation of people's rights, but it had justifications at the time it was immediately implemented (Spring 1942) when it was unclear that the West Coast would actually be secured from enemy attack.

I'm not justifying the policy entirely, but it's far more nuanced and not as clear cut of a case as people think it was. Sufficed to say though, the ignoring of due process was pretty terrible, and they shouldn't have been kept their for the duration of the war without having gone through appropriate screening, but a large part of the internment's rationale was to protect the citizens from racially-motivated attacks.

I got the names from that page of the thread, so you're wrong or lying.
Nigga stop pretending you are nothing more than a retarded chimp throwing shit everywhere while screaming "HAHA TRIGGERED THE LIBS", I disagree with HHH on politics but at least he isn't a complete retard like you are who is still seething from being banned from both TDS and TES because of how you went to TES to look at how they reacted to your "le epic triggering plan", shut the fuck up and stop trying hard to be cool, you are nothing more than an annoying faggot.

It's exactly the same in Euroland, as my fellow Eurocuck @EmuWarsVeteran surely can attest to also. At lot of "populist" talking heads have ditched Trump completely and started shilling for Macron instead, "Our hero in Europe's struggle against Islam".

It shows that most of them are really just neoliberals that hate darkies.
Bolsonairo is apparently the only right wing populist in the Trump camp along with unexpectedly the leftist populist from Mexico.

Many /pol/tards and white supremacists abandoned Trump like Spencer for example because he wasn't the promised savior to kill all the niggers. I am surprised Fuentes is still fighting for Trump as it looked for a while that he had abandoned him and is legit fighting for him in Georgia with Alex Jones.

>Trump Crosses the Rubicon. The Second American Civil War starts.
>The North (formed by the Nort-East and Mid West) takes the democrat's side. The South mobilices for President Trump. In the West, bastions form form for both factions and all out war breaks between neighbors. California first tries to join the North, then, seeing itself surrounded, resorts to declaring itself the New California Republic, and is promptly purged by internal infighting and external forces, in what would be known for years to come as a complete and unmitigated clusterfuck.
>China tries to take advantage, gets promptly broken into 7 by Russia, India and SEA. They didn't even come close to standing a chance.
>Putin's volunteers make a move through Alaska into the West, in response "Comrade" Justin Trudeau gives his allegiances to the Northern Liberals.
>However, this was not to last. Unbeknown to Trudeau, the Midwest was already about to fall to right wing internal rebels, while the North-East found common ground with Quebec, declaring the 5th International. In response, rural Canada's conservatives join the Midwest Rebels and declare the independent northern coalition. Trudeau, sandwiched between the two forces, looses all support and attempts to flee into exile but is found by the anarchists, publicly lynched and burned alive.
>Russia allows Alaska to join the northern coalition so long as they remain militarily allied in hopes of adding them to the belgrade pact. And keeps advancing through the West.
>Meanwhile Mexico's volunteers tried to help the south but wound up in a war against Cubaa and Venezuela, who created the Union of Caribbean Comunist Republics along Puerto Rico. Throwing the entire region into conflict.
>In Europe, the EU tried to join the Northern Liberals but the outrage caused nationalistic forces to erupt, causing most countries to either secede from the EU or be torn into their own civil war. At some point as the globalists were erradicated the nationals started fighting each other, muddying the waters even more. No one is even sure where the borders are at this point. Poland has been partitioned so many times people lost track, Germany nuked itself into submission but no one knows to whom, Luxemburg became the biggest force in central europe after France surrended to it (the day after war between the two factions was declared) and they used the army to invade Belgium, the Netherlands and the Rhineland in that order, Andorra controls the economic flow and weapons trade. There are 6 different factions all claiming to be Spain, none of which have any mutual allies or seem to have any connection to the prior government, one of which isn't even located on the Iberian Peninsula, but still claims ownership of half the planet by the Treaty of Tordesillas anyway. Portugal has become a gargantuan drug plantation and refugee camp, they seem happy about it.
>Israel was surprisingly left alone by all factions until 4 years after the start of what was now known as WW3 they were purged by nuclear fire. No one actually knows where the nuke came from, some claim it was an act of God meant to correct the timeline. Others claim nature itself couldn't bear to stand a war where the jews didn't get fucked, either way it is universally agreed this was for the better.
>After Donald Trump's death his successor Jeb Bush cemented the coalition between the Northern and Southern States, and finished their conquest of the West, creating the new american empire and being the first man to gain the official title of "Trump" in honor of his predecessor.
>He was expected to cement the entrance of America and Mexico into the Belgrade pact, but his unwavering rhetorical prowess and diplomatic might managed to change the pact in such a way that now Russia and Mexico would join the American Empire, making both presidents his client kings.
>The 5th International was eventually simply left alone because everyone agreed they weren't worth invading anyway. The region is now known as a land of ashes and mysery.
>Switzerland has eventually become the only country on the planet to remain neutral.

I'd read that book series.

What about the Karen Republic of Kiwis? What will we do? What's our endgame? Making new Zealand a free speech haven and have the moon dynasty as our rulers?
