This is so fucking fast paced for government speed but slow for normies and a snail's pace for turbospeds like us. I am itching for things to move faster but thats not the nature of the law.
Not really though. Melinda Scott's legal cases regularly get tossed out just as fast as Giuliani's and his stooges.

So they're cleaning house slowly. Wonder if they'll go back for an actual audit after getting rid of some of the bad actors in GA?

If he flips a single state or can reasonably prove a conspiracy, then the nuclear option becomes a lot more palatable to everyone. I think it's a reasonable expectation that he'll do so at least in one or two states. Maybe even in enough he needs to hit 270 outright.
This is literally just... untrue.

It sounds like you think this is 50-50, maybe? It would just be taking your money, so it's not really gambling. Keen for a crypto exchange, if we can find an appropriate escrow?

I'm sure this got mentioned earlier in the thread, but it's hard to follow with all the retarded faggots posting bait and people taking the bait instead of just ignoring them...

Does anyone know just why four separate countries had access to our voting data hosted on Dominion servers in Germany?

Also:

Apparently Trump's team has the server. And the numbers do not match up.

So Sidney Powell is now claiming that it was "our forces" who seized the Scytl servers in Germany, which are... Somehow related to dominion. But then she says "so I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened" which is not promising.

Either way it doesn't sound like trump's lawyers have any firsthand knowledge of the contents of those servers. I don't know what "our forces" is supposed to mean in this context (American? Army rather than fbi?) But either way it doesn't really sound connected to the case they're making, unless I'm missing something here.
I suspect the civil team may be separate from possible criminal teams, but yeah I'm curious who Forces are.

GO BACK TO THE DAMN DOOMSDAY THREAD! I AM GETTING TIRED OF YOU NIGGERS USING COPE LIKE IT’S SOME TYPE OF GOTCHA TROLLING YOU NOT CLEVER FUCKING REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETARD
Hmm
I know I'm the last one who should say this, but you need to calm down...

Holy fucking shit, these idiots pretending they don't have money or donors. This is borderline graft.
What is this even funding? Transitions-of-power don't require money.

This is probably going into a legal fund, which they don't even need the money for since all of Wall Street is riding with Biden.

I thought white people didn't get triggered by singular words like black people do. Just gotta say cope and they set off in a caps lock fury.

Is there something you want to tell us from the abode of your mother's basement, Trumpanzee?

Maybe he really is transitioning after all. Or it's just an out and out grift.

Either that or this is just for the propaganda. They've seen how people talk about the numbers Trump gets and wanna be able to say "oh we have gotten 6 gorrillion obamabucks that totally means we're legitimate and in no way comes from George Soros."

I'd say we'll see based on wether or not they actually use that argument soon enough.

No kidding. The whole thing is patently stupid. You would have to believe that somehow nobody, and I mean nobody, in the federal government is passing along information regarding the administration's activities to Biden which is flat out nonsense. Somebody will be leaking information to them if not flat out sharing memos. There is no way that Biden and his team have been kept in the dark as to what the current administration is doing in certain areas.

We spent 4 years pretending Russians were behind every shitpost or person who disagreed wtih the Uniparty because this murderous bitch's ego couldn't handle losing, but by all means, ORANGE MAN BAD.
It has been said that SJWs always project.
40 states might be an exaggeration, but the Illinois model definitely applies to:
NY (NYC being Chicago)
CA (LA/SF being Chicago)
OR (Portland being Chicago)
CO (Denver/Boulder being Chicago)
VA (Fairfax being Chicago)

If the non-city population weren't large enough in NC the research triangle/Asheville is at risk for being overwhelmed.

Def want to keep an eye on Boise, Idaho. It could turn into Denver 2.0.

It's partly why I think that there should be (or at least an argument exists for) an electoral college for state positions like governor or something. The idea of the EC is so that rural places weren't disenfranchised like they would be if the vote were popular only. However, with the huge city and rural elsewhere, it in effect is the same, as all the power is dictated by 1 or 2 places.
Has anyone actually ever tried to argue for this "EC for state elections"? This is my furst time hearing about this.
I wonder how close is Trump just basically having the governor and SoS get a visit from the kind of fine people who used to dress up aa ghosts back in the day for a good laugh. Hell I wonder if the people of Georgia are ready to have Kemp buried in a swamp somewhere.
I'm pretty sure Kirby Smart will be getting that treatment first. You don't understand how Saban can consume someone. It's an obsession.
If Trump wanted to end this quickly, he would have gone nuclear and played the Insurrection Act trap card already. Nothing will make a real, genuine, no RINO-TDS tricks audit happen faster than the red denizens of contested states barging into polling centers and counting every ballot ad infinitum, at gunpoint, until all the legal ballots are determined and counted

Sadly, we're soft, situation monitors who are hyped up for each happening. I'd laugh though if Trump waited until December 14th to glow.

It would be stupid to use the nuclear option now though. He still has time to drown the internet with every last juicy bit of information available from the current investigation. It would be pointless, even dangerous going Venezuela in the eyes of the world msm earlier than he should. Plant the seeds of reasonable doubt (and there's a lot of them, some have been found some will be) and his re-election will be difficult but still easier. Also let's not forget he needs to be 100% sure that the nuclear option will work without being derailed by a last-minute backstabber.

Tldr earning legitimacy, trust and acquiring believable evidence are the keys of everything
Well, here's the thing: Trump seems to be the type to take people by surprise. And the Insurrection Act is a thing that'd take a lot of that away, along with giving Democrats ammo and propaganda.
Circuit courts have been reassigned as of today. Some notable people in charge of the following states:

  • Michigan - Brett Kavanaugh
  • Pennsylvania - Samuel Alito
  • Wisconsin - Amy Coney Barrett
  • Georgia - Clarence Thomas

Oh ahhahaha

Circuit Courts have been reassigned as of today.

Which means...
  • MI - Brett M. Kavanaugh
  • WI - Amy Coney Barrett
  • PA - Samuel A. Alito
  • GA - Clarence Thomas
Golly. I sure hope no contentious cases come before the SCOTUS from those states. I mean, if that happened those specific justices being in place would be downright unfortunate for the DNC.
I think I'll just post this. If only for Clarence.

So I just learned that SC Justices are in charge of circuit courts of appeals. TIL.

So let's take PA as an example. Trump team loses 1rst case. They appeal it to 3rd circuit for appeal (does this lead to bench trial with Alito?). Trump team wins. PA Dem team appeals it to SCOTUS. Is this the hierarchy?

Also holy jeebus this is such a case of fortune, after Alito's speech and fury regarding PA SC. As well as Thomas being in charge of Georgia, which would make it harder for them to cry racism (I mean, they'll try, but it won't be as effective).

Ostensibly it's to pay for staff and the various equiptment/facilities that staff would use. Government doesn't happen by magic or for free. In fact, it's very expensive.
What has happened is that Congress has refused to give the Biden team any money to do any of the transition prep work, which Congress doesn't have to do until Trump either concedes or until Congress formally certifies the Election; but the Democrats and Lugenpresse want to pretend that it'll take three whole months to get Biden's team up to speed and that any time between November 3rd and Janurary 21st not spent on setting up a Biden presidency will cause millions of deaths or something.

The reality is that most of the government doesn't give a shit who exactly is the President. It's like the Government Shutdown. Remember that? Congress says no more money, so what does the Government do? It... uhh... keeps going. Because it doesn't really care if Congress says no, or if the President is fighting with Congress. The country functions with or without any given politician's approval - for better or for worse. But Biden right now isn't part of the government, and it's important that Trump keeps him out because once the Biden team establishes themselves, forcing them out of various clearances and automatic fundings will be difficult.
