So can the Georgia GOP state legislature refuse to accept these results like the governor in Arizona is doing?
Yes. I am not saying they WILL, but the actual elector selection is entirely the legislatures and they have -ultimate- power for this. If they went "yes, we see you all voted Biden, but instead we will send our electors to Bobo the Clown", it would be entirely constitutional and legal.

If they don't want to do that they could just refuse to certify and force a contingent election. Though I predict in that case the Democrats will just send their slate of electors anyway.

Though it'll be from others in government, not the idea that there will be riots.
Yeah true. Senators and presidents can effectively intimidate them.

After Chuck schumer said the sc will face consequences if they didn't rule how he wanted.

They raised a stink and got an apology. They also ruled the way schumer wanted.

When Obama said they were fucking up, they whined. Then roberts cucked for aca.

Hmm weird coincidence it was Dems every time.

The democrats within don't get to send anything. Has to be voted on by the legislature. All the Republicans within would have to do is block up the vote so it can't pass.

Again, not saying they WILL.

Imagine next Monday Biden fucking concedes out of the blue, goes full Bernie and No Refunds

That wouldn't even surprise me at this point.
Trump has already started sabotaging Biden's presidency.

Trump is bring the troops home. Fired leadership in the Pentagon. Now has done something to pharmaceutical prices. And he still has two months.

Biden will need to undo all these things to satisfy his wall street backers. Smart move would be to concede before his legacy is tainted by being the least popular president in history.

It really seems like legally the certification changes nothing. As people noted, the fla gore recounts happened after certification.
Yes, if Trump wants to drag the grift out, he could ask for a recount by Tuesday. I believe after that it would take a couple days to confirm that he lost like a fat orange Zionist faggot.
Neither is particularly likely, but if enough states are left with direct elector selecting, you think they will go Trump or just put both under 270?
You admit that you are just fantasizing, but do you have odds on that?

Is there a ratio at which you will let me take your money?

I think Republicans should put pressure on them to do it and point out if they don't they'll lose their jobs next election when the Democrats stuff the ballot and the Republicans don't turn out.

Depends on how much anger they want stoke via trolling.

They can just shift to Trump and easily cause riots. Or... they can give Biden electoral votes to say, Bobo the Clown, produce a nightmare contingent election scenario, and piss people off more as they come to the realization that Trump wins via Congress as he has more of the flyover states they loathe.

So... More intense riots, or more intense riots + owning the libs™ with flyover states + making them REALLY want the Constitution shredded? The latter sounds funnier.

But shifting to Trump seems likely if he's gets there.
