Didn't Adolf Hitler somehow solve all their economic problems before deciding to build big shit to measure the size of his dick and become the next Napoleon.

I believe the the dark days of post war Germany is apparently not talked about much but basically all fellow Europeans started genociding Germans in revenge. Germany after WW2 reminds me of the South after the Civil War.
I believe that much of of post-Weimar Germany's economic recovery can actually be attributed to Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, who was president of the Reichsbank.

And yes, post-war large numbers ethnic Germans were forcibly removed throughout Eastern Europe...even as the Nuremberg Trials were charging members of the Nazi party for ethnic cleansing.

Adolf and the German economy is ...complicated to say the least. Between autarky, mefo bills, deficit spending using the plundered items from the annexation of austria, munich conference etc to buoy the german economy but on the other hand you had what could be described as an economic miracle turning germany from the Weimar germany to what it was by '39. There is no simple clean answer though and you will find many people screaming from both sides of the fence with that.

Edit: @make_it_so is correct about Hjalmar Schacht. He really did set Germany on the path it needed.

I hope the KKK makes a comeback in Georgia or General Sherman is raised from the grave and sets this cuck on fire.
"The South Will Rise Again" becomes "Atlanta Will Burn Again"

The day of the great journalist who is objective and speaks truth to power
Has always been a lie. Journoshits have been for sale since the days of the town crier.

He had some Norwegian Jew cast an economic miracle, presumably at the cost of great quantities of gypsy tears.

They really are starting to catch on what Trump is planning and they can't do shit to stop it. Even Pelosi knows it can't be stopped if the legislatures go down that route. It's already happened before in 1824 and 1876. But for the neoliberals, American history began in 1980.
I wonder if they know about the Insurrection Act card. If he uses it, it will be the same as Reid with the Filibuster again.

Schacht's policy was to fund public works and rearmament paid for in government scrip, which were repaid by printing more money, forcing creditors to accept government bonds, and by pillaging the savings and retirement accounts of german citizens. The public works solved the unemployment issue, but wages and quality of living never improved from their great depression years.

The Nazis never truly fixed their economy, they nationalised it and propped it up and promised to pay for it all later, and if they somehow won WW2 even all the loot and plunder of victory wouldn't have stopped it from immediately collapsing again.

What difference does it make now since at least in 2013, there was the illusion of proper and civil politics. There was little difference between both parties.

Post 2016, the whole illusion is breaking down and we seeing big cracks in the illusion. One party has basically committed high treason by rigging the election in such a blatant and bold manner. We are already past the rubicon on free and fair elections.

Congress is also partly to blame for giving the executive many powers that were never there before because they want to protect their legacies.

I don't blame Trump if he decides to do down that potential but viable road. The rot is too much to bear now.

As others mention, that was Schnatcht, who did support Hitler, but did it before Hitler rose to power. This however funnily enough was undone by Hitler once in charge who basically spent the entire war printing money hardcore after dismissing Schnatch for Walther Funk aka "the banker of the gold teeth" (yes that is real and hilarious) because Schnatch warned him rearming would just plunge their economy due to the amount of money needed for it... Which is exactly what went down during the regime. (In 1933 there were 4,2 billion RM in circulation, by 1945 they hit 73BRM, basically going full Weimer to finance the war.) But honestly by 1945 the germans had 99 problems and hyperinflation was only one of them. Besides the RM wasn't gonna be worth much after the fall of the nazis, but had they won the war they'd have gotten raped by their own hyperinflation anyway, which is kinda hilarious in a way. And just goes to show why fascism is a bad idea. Yeah let's fire the guy that got us out of the last crisis and change him for Mr "gold teeth" FUNK who claims we can just print our way to global superpower status, I'm sure that'll work out in the end.

People are using the counterpoint that Biden as VP didn't resign till January 15th when Obama first took office. Plus Kamala has some intelligence to wait before calling herself VP. However Gavin Newsom has jumped the gun by proposing candidates to replace Kamala.

Nothing came of that meeting with Michigan GOP. It's already happened.

Nobody in the GOP is going to stand in the way of Electors being chosen because Trump insists he actually won.

Off topic from your current ramblings, but I just want to throw this out there.

I just watched my first full segment of newsmax and I must say: If you folks are ditching fox and pretending like newsmax suddenly has different reporting standards and that you won't have your trust taken advantage of, you will be sorely mistaken. Again.

It's just more disingenuous pandering slathered with biased opinion and perspective.

See what I mean? Trump has plenty of punches available to make. Will he succeed? Who knows! But it will be an exciting cap to 2020!
That imbecile didn't even do the math right. It's 1,327 vs 1,373 ballots cast to votes. The discrepancy is easily explained because the tally of ballots cast was last updated on 11/10 which was more than a week ago. So the ballot count isn't remotely current.

Stop posting horseshit.

Crowder pointed out something very interesting Wayne County

WAYNE COUNTY EXCLUSIVE

  • Wayne County results by precinct. What do you notice? SOURCE: WayneCo
  • A total of over 173,000 votes labeled as AVCB have no voter registration.
  • 134 ACVBS
  • 149K vote dump at 4:30AM ET … with 3% for Trump.
  • They did NOT do it this way in the primaries.

And he links to the report

And sure enough, you see loads of AVCB districts with no registered voters but loads of votes

There's no way to tell if any of these votes are valid and I'm guessing that no Republicans were allowed to see them counted. So at this point to accept the election you have to accept that hundreds of thousands of votes which were 97% Biden 3% Trump counted at 4:30am with no Republican observers and no way to even work out the turnout is legit.

At that point, I don't even see how you can call this a fair election. It was clearly set up so the Democrats could just manufacture however many votes they needed to win and there's no way for anyone to question it.

Nobody cares if a source is biased.

They only care if the source acts like they aren’t.

Do they necessarily have to go nuclear? Can't they do the 'soft option' of refusing to send any electors to the electoral college, thereby guaranteeing a contingent election?

Why would the ballots cast and votes count not be tracked simultaneously?
I know where you're coming from but can you at least admit that aspect of this is dumb?
