We're in real doomer hours again, so I'll remind everyone that the situation has fundamentally not changed from where it was yesterday, we all knew that this wouldn't end at the state level and would go all the way to the supreme court. Now, please calm down, the time for doom posting is when or if the SCOTUS either refuses to hear any cases related to this fuckery, or rules against Trump.

Correct me if i am wrong but isnt SCOTUS a tool which you interpret the law with rather than make executive judgments like that ?

Can't help but feel we're too quick to assume these tweets are representing reality at all. What if it comes out that the server never existed and these tweets were not made in good faith or were fed bad info? Have we heard from Powell herself that they have the server, or only through random third parties?

Basically I'm saying b) but the optimism of Powell is being taken and blown up, not by Trump's team, but either by overly invested Q boomers, or, perhaps with some tinfoil, intentional exaggeration of their case in order to force disappointment and disinterest despite the case still being reasonably strong, just not "provable decades of fraud by the Illuminati" strong.

As has been said already, what gives me faith in Powell is that she got Flynn off the hook when it really seemed like he was gonna get jail time.
Also she wrote Licensed to Lie which apparently says a lot of shit about the DOJ. Haven't read it.

Chupp is the Weeb Wars judge who shrugged his shoulders, said "evidence and procedure? Who needs that nonsense" and then shat up the record so bad that people can't figure out what the fuck he actually ruled on.

Sounds like the Pennsylvania court just did the same thing, only with an election at risk.

I fully believe there's CIA fuckery afoot, and not just mid-level, but it's a matter of what admissible evidence there is. The CIA is pro international election interference and Powell's 'Venezuela source' is a glowie suspected of murdering Chavez so we know there's some connection there. We also know the intelligence community has a hateboner for Trump (dozens publicly endorsed Biden, they get paid to jerk off about Trump Bad in MSM), and Schumer straight up said 'they'll fuck him up if he pisses them off'.

Trump is capricious and spiteful, there's definitely a shitload of kompromat on him in god knows whose hands, and he's not managing the empire how the lizards want. I can't see why they wouldn't employ the same tools they use overseas to get him out of the way in favor of dirty ol' Joe and Clinton-asset Kamala. What we get to know now depends on Powell delivering on the hype, which is a tall order but not totally out of the realm of 2020 possibility.

Also, I think your screenshot has down quantized down from 24-bit color to a 256 color palette by some very badly coded software that quantized so badly that the background has visible Floyd Steinberg dithering.
