2. Trump had 90%+ in party approval
This is the fucking weird one for me.

I’ve compared the house races by congressional districts to the presidential results in those same districts, and there are two odd trends:

1) What looks like a lot of people who voted for Biden but didn’t vote downballot at all.
2) An absurd amount of crossover votes from Republicans who voted R for the house and D for the president. Often more than 10%, and somehow worse in districts that leaned more heavily R in the house.

Anecdotally, I know a few Republicans who abstained from voting President then went Biden this year, but I know just as many if not more who sat out 2016 and went for Trump in 2020. I’m not saying it’s impossible to have that kind of in-party approval but then have more than the number who disapproves break at the last second, even for someone as weak as Biden, but damn if it doesn’t at least raise my eyebrows a bit.

I’m still highly skeptical of the Dominion shit, and I do really think it has the potential to sink the rest of the Trump campaign’s case. Hell, if they knew it was false and pushed it anyway to sway the public, then I’ve said before that it would be a supremely irresponsible move.

BUT, shit like historic underperformance and cross-over within party despite historic in-party approval is the kind of thing that opens me up just a tiny bit to the idea that the digital count was messed with.

That's how you get a 100 million black hole of a money pit and nigh unusable software, IMO.

The software doesn't even comply with the Pinochetian Minarchist rules for elections either, where if crypto Commies look like they might win it's time to stop the voting and start a very prudent and minimalist democide.

Hm. Looks like the walls are closing in. That’s never pretty.
If fucking Colorado of all places is spooked, I think there's a chance something's up.

Also just saying Powell ends up being right about the CIA then I think it's safe to say that Terry A Davis was the reincarnation of Nostradamus.

To paraphrase one YouTube comment: Terry didn’t take the red pill. He took the whole damn bottle.
People were motivated to vote against Trump more so than Bush or Obama. Not sure why that's shocking. Remember even Clinton got something like 2.9 million votes more than Trump and Clinton was maybe the most unpopular candidate in recent memory.

Trump barely squeaked by with a victory by the skin of his teeth with around 75,000 total votes across PA, MI, WI. He won Michigan by less than 11,000 votes. Biden's margin in Georgia is even higher than that ffs.
not sure what point you’re trying to make, but I think this is the part where I point out the 2016 popular vote was entirely decided by California.

Has there ever been a sitting president so fervently hated that in mainstream circles endorsing him is considered hate speech? There probably doesn't need to be a broad, Dem-sponsored conspiracy, just TDSers in random positions going out of their way to to stick it to Orange Man using whatever bit of influence they have because they're "the resistance". How many people cheered when that one bitch stood up in the Barett hearing and said effectively "This is not normal, none of this is normal. We cannot let ourselves normalise this administration or its actions." ?

Imagine being such a madman that you start a class war against the class that literally writes history.

No, and the revolution to remove Trump can explain literally everything Democrats have done in the last four years on every level.
If you try to permablock evidence from being displayed the Supreme Court will tear it out of your hands and devour it. Not letting Trump’s team display their evidence to the public is actually a bad move. The SCOTUS isn’t run by idiots, they know that they are the last step and if evidence is being withheld, either by judge order or ending the trial early, they are just going to be more pissed.

You are putting way too much faith in an institution that in the 1850s ordered the Northern States to defy their own laws and become complicit in slavery, in the 1920s ordered a woman to be forcibly sterilized because eugenics was super popular at the time, and in the 1940s ordered US citizens be put in concentration camps because their grandparents came from Japan. The Supreme Court has always been a political body and when the political heat is at its hottest they ALWAYS make the expedient choice. Never mind that that choice is invariably wrong and results in dire long term consequences.
You tend to forget that two justices have a viewpoint that tends to support whatever political movement is in vogue and lends to brownie points, and how a decent amount of the supposed conservative justices can be....rather easily convinced. Also, it could be like Chupp from Weeb Wars where they could just want to run through the docket to hit the scotch.

Honestly I don't remember Trump ever using that account anyway. So, okay?
It’s just more of Jack just chomping at the bit waiting to be taken off the leash. Didn’t he even say he’s going to be banning Trump on 1/21 because he’s peddling hate?
It seems like game the wignats think they are running is:

"If we demoralize Trump supporters enough, they will join us."
No they game they run is, “if we demoralize Trump supporters, it’ll make it easier to separate the ones headed to the camps from the rabid dogs that need to be put down”.

Twenty years is probably optimistic. If Biden is still in-and GA go to the Democrats, they’re going to start pursuing pet projects real quick.

If they can get control, by 2022 it'll be near impossible for the "wrong person" to win another election. By 2024 they'll literally be a formality. I don't know when the reeducation camps will begin, but look forward to stories along the line of "Children taken from parent's house for hate speech, immediately put on Transgender hormone therapy" and "New Red Flag laws protect Americans from remnants from Trumpian Terrorist Supporters."

There's no way in hell they're ever going to risk another Trump.

Why the fuck doesn't the US government just make the software itself?

Too bad the one-sentence horror story contest ended on Halloween.

@USPIE (United States President In Exile) (Yes I did want very badly to make it ASPIE for maximum meme magic but had to settle for second best.)

American states president in exile. I wouldn't doubt his ability to be petty and imply the illegitimacy of the administration.

I guessing visiting the USA is going to be a really bad move for me for the next twenty years.

As opposed to where else? The Bahamas? The Virgin Islands? I mean, those might be great picks until hurricane season comes by. Beyond that though, I don't see a lot of great countries to move to unless you're super rich and connected.

This is the shit that worries me. There is a very good chance that if somehow Trump pulls this off in the EC with a SC ruling, half the country and the media will just decide to control reality by ignoring it and saying he's illegitimate.

You could see Trump being sworn in on 1/20 in DC with massive riots around him and a military cordon around the Capitol. Meanwhile Biden is sworn in Delaware, NY, CA or PA because any of those Governors would bend over backwards to have that honor.

Biden could set up a "White House in Exile" and form a Cabinet. The media would call him the Real President, and constantly refer to Trump as the Illegitimate President who is currently illegally in office due to a coup. They would not report on any of his doings as having any real legal standings--Exec Orders, meetings with other nations, etc. Social Media would do the same, and of course hand the official accounts to Biden. There would be a massive propaganda campaign even worse than the current one with the media, big tech, and Hollywood.

Biden and Trump would then start issuing various Exec Orders and nominating people, and the states with Democrat Governors would obey Biden, the Republican ones would obey Trump. Cuomo, Newsom, and Whitmer would reactivate their COVID coalitions and alliances and declare all these states acknowledge Biden. But because we are not geographically as easily split as in 1861, there would be a weird thing where Deep State types in Washington and state governments for either side would simply choose whose orders to follow.

Any citizen at an individual level would have to deal with a nightmare of red tape, as any govt dealings would be colored by the Presidential allegiance of who you are dealing with. Some countiy DMV offices would give licenses to illegals, some wouldn't. If you apply for unemployment, whoever sees your case will give you more or less, or approve or disapprove based on their "conscientious objecting" to Biden or Trump. Governors, govt managers, and Trump will try to fire people, but it will be a cascading Saturday Night Massacre at thousands of federal, state, and local levels. If it goes on til April 2022, the tax code will be a shitshow, because there will be two competing forms of taxation classification.

Internationally, there would be a patchwork of nations who acknowledge Trump, acknowledge Biden, or fence sit for both or neither. We could have two UN Ambassadors. If somehow we limp along for a few years like this, literally nothing will get done.

A lot of these actions could be shut down by the SC--supporting Trump firing officials, etc, but this is why even with a conservative majority, they will be very tempted to rule for Biden because if they rule for Trump they will cause this. to happen. I don't see Trump as doing a "President in Exile" thing if he loses in the SC. He won't sit in the White House til 1/21 and be dragged out by the Secret Service or Marines or whatever because the blow to his dignity would be horrible. He might do some "I'm the Real President" stuff on OANN or Rush, but most of it would be to promote his post Presidential endeavors and not a serious attempt at trying to run the govt. Without the support of the media and big tech, it would be pretty toothless. You'd get a lot of disaffected Republicans and MAGAs, but they'd just refocus on the next election.

If Biden is still around, that probably won’t happen because even he knows that’s a step too far in fighting Trump. Replace Trump with someone like Kamala or AOC and you might have a point.

at best, they'll reeee for 4 years and try to steal the midterms.

Haven't been posting on this thread over the past handful of days, but I have been definitely lurking on and off, due to both being busy and just me wanting to focus on fun stuff to keep myself sane.

Based on the information and statements from both sides that have been said, I think it all boils down to this:

Based on what Powell has said and is currently saying, this is either a LARP ... Or some shit is about to go down. It's one or the other at this point, if you ask me. And I think it's plausible to think that shit is about to go down because of course she wouldn't show all of the evidence before the lawsuits began. That would be downright idiotic if she did.

She's either bluffing with a pair, or she's holding onto a royal flush.

Fixed it for you.

Yes, but who would the army/police/fed agents consider C&C? That's quite important in these scenarios. My first post on the farms was basically me saying that journos and soyboys alone cannot make a government. My guess is that if they did crown Biden as alternative president then the Trump administrations first public move will be to ridicule or ignore them. As long as the federal agencies still do what he orders, he doesn't care. If Biden oversteps his mark and does anything actionable, he will be arrested and locked up.

That's the domestic situation, then there is the international situation and there is quite a simple answer to this. The US has nukes and lots them. Whoever has the authority to the launch will be the one recognised. That's why you don't have 2 governments within border. Governments in exile, well. are just that in exile.

I'm not saying what you've written is stupid, because it's not. I think if the SC does hand this trump that the media/dems and anybody who was stupid enough to vote for biden would just have to eat crap. The reverse is also true if the SC sides with Biden (although the GOP does have one trick they could theoretically play, but I don't think they play it).

I think he'll be kind of like Gore. He'll speak at an event where he'll be announced as 'the real winner of the election' and he'll smile but refuse to confirm or deny and then give a speech where he doesn't mention it.

It's a Game of Thrones thing. If you need to keep telling people you're King, you're not King but it doesn't hurt if your followers all believe you're King in da Norf!

And of course, Game of Thrones, back in the first few seasons when it was any good, was very obviously influenced by events like the War of the Roses which was a long period where the House of Lancaster and the House of York each claimed to be rightful rulers. It's no coincidence that Lannister is close to Lancaster and Stark is close to York.

It all ended with the Tudors who were, in modern terms, a Uniparty combination of Lancaster and York. Even the Tudor emblem is a superposition of the emblems of the two houses and who ruthlessly suppressed any challenge from outside the party. Actually put in those terms the future looks remarkably bleak for anyone who isn't a regular Davos attendee, billionaire, or commentator currently shilling for the Biden regime.

I think the ultimate black pill is that all these commentators aren't shilling Biden because they know his win was legitimate, they're shilling because they know it was illegitimate but it will succeed and it is thus a very bad idea to criticize it.

“Treason doth never prosper: what ’s the reason?
Why, if it prosper, none dare call it treason.”

― John Harrington

Harrington wrote that during the reign of Elizabeth I. She apparently liked him but even she couldn't save him from exile for saying things like that though he was only banished and not sent to the dreaded Star Chamber.

And John Harrington is a distant relation of Kit Harrington, the actor who played Jon Snow.

Excactly, though lets not get ahead of ourselves. First we need to see a conclusion for either side.

Its getting worse every year for expats... and for tourists...
It was a realy bad idea to let people vote on beach restrictions and to let in illegals by the boat load.
Bulgarians hunt down negroes trying to sell BS at the beach, they also dont care if drunk half naked people run around the place...

there is very little high skill work immigration to spain. they get some farmers from the netherrealm and some high tech workers to run the pathetic industry they have...

Its pretty safe, the weather is good and you can speak english in most places. wine is fine, you can get decent beer in every bar aimed at germans/russians/dutch/norse.
Water is clean, woman are pretty. Its better than italy or greece as a retirement or hollyday place.
I Would say Portugal is a bit better than spain, they are way more pozzed, but food and wine realy realy good and woman look better than spanish ones-

I mean, those beach restrictions are meaningless outside of Balears, Catalonia and Galicia, we break them all the time ourselves, so that's mostly ok. As for hunting the beachsellers, yeah we do have laws saying we should but, well I did say we broke them all the time. If it's any consolation in andalusia it's just food vendors for the most part, trinketselling negroes aglutinate in catalonia (specially the northern beaches, that's where they're at the most, 'cause they try to jump into france.)

Also as for the boatloads. Yes that was an awful idea but with the EU assfucking every attempt at protecting our border we didn't have much option. If it's any consolation we still got rid of them though, as I mentioned the amount of foreigners in spain diminished from 14% to 11% and that was mostly africans fleeing spain. If you're wondering, as I mentioned on prior posts, reason why we decided to go full globohomo there is the same NGOs that keep us from pushing the boats out are the ones that ship those same boats straight past the border into france. That's why as soon as our % of immigrants started lowering in the early 2010s france started skyrocketing (until they started shipping them to britain causing the brexit debacle), so hey we fixed it our way. And honestly france deserves everything comming their way anyway. So yeah we're expecting the number of africans in spain to keep lowering for as long as we're still in europe, or at least until you bastards let us take control of our border again. In fact a new batch just arrived in Canaries and while the media is all "oh we don't know what to do" "oh woe is us morocco won't take them back" the NGO's are already making preparations to ram 'em straight up Macron's ass, so yeah, we've gone from "the gateway to europe" to "the highway to europe." And we're oddly ok with that.

Most importantly though. Did you just say portuguese women are more attractice than spanish women? Now that right there is some bullshit I will not allow to fly unnoticed! Half the gals over there got a moustache! Come on man!

also, it would be disaster for business...

too bad Trump not gonna pull it off and win at Supreme Court...

There are three arenas here; the public one, the media one and the judicial one. I'm going to point out a couple of things about the judicial one. Constitutional law, in particular as to how it relates to elections, is a rather specialized area of law. Giuliani and Powell, as far as I know, are neither experienced or experts in this field. We do know one firm that does have experience in this area backed off. I don't know anything about Rudy and Sidney's law firms, their history or practice.

People like Giuliani and Powell don't try cases all by themselves; they have, and have always had, an army of associates who research and write briefs. The attorney in charge is suppose to be able to pick out the arguments with the best merit, precedence and chance of success.

To argue a case before SCOTUS a lawyer has to be admitted to the SCOTUS bar. Again, I don't know if either Rudy or Sidney have the necessary credentials (and I certainly hope Rudy will be sitting this one out because he doesn't look up to the job, hair dye notwithstanding).

Then there is submitting an appeal to, getting a case accepted by and then arguing a case before SCOTUS. Entire books have been written about the subject. Each Justice has their own areas of specialization, philosophy and style. A huge part of bringing a case before SCOTUS is knowing how to craft an appeal that will interest the majority of the Justices so they'll accept it. Part of this is psychology, ie, having knowledge of the Justices themselves, their history prior and subsequent to their appointment, speeches they have given, articles they have written, private practice/lower court rulings, previous employment, etc. For example, Ginsburg was an open book before her appointment as she had written a lot for law reviews and argued several cases.

There is also the murky and rarely talked about issue of political and peer pressure. Justices are human beings, with families, interests and of course ego. They are susceptible to the same influence and emotions everyone else is. Anyone who believes the Justices, all of them, are not being subjected to intense pressure if even a single one of Trump's cases comes before the Court is fooling themselves. They face being remembered as the Court that either gave a hated (by the MSM/political class) President a second term or made a meat puppet with Alzheimers President.

Either way they and their families will be in for a lot of attention, most of it not good. We already know Roberts lacks a backbone, Sotomayor and Kagan will side with libs and each other and Breyer usually, but not always, leans liberal. Thomas, Alito and the Trump appointees are constructionists. Both Democrats and Republicans are going to apply pressure if they haven't already.

What do we know about the cases, what law firm(s) filed and who argued them before the courts? Not as exciting as dick pictures but a better indication of how this will end. This is an area that's not talked much except when there's a ruling against Trump. Also, this has to wrapped fast so there's no hunting for knowledgeable and/or experienced lawyers.

Fast, as in the deadlines for certification are nearly here; tomorrow is the certification deadline for PA and MI.

So yeah we're expecting the number of africans in spain to keep lowering for as long as we're still in europe, or at least until you bastards let us take control of our border again.
The EU is not the Problem. The Greeks have pretty much closed their border and are willing to protect it with lethal force, and nobody says anything about it.

Most importantly though. Did you just say portuguese women are more attractice than spanish women? Now that right there is some bullshit I will not allow to fly unnoticed! Half the gals over there got a moustache! Come on man!
Yes, but the other half looks pretty nice...
