I had a feeling the liberals were going to unleash the house nigger equivalents for the Latinos and Asians to bring them back in line.

I'm sure that will work for them as well as it did for black people. White guilt may unfortunately be a thing but it doesn't work with other races. In fact, it's probably counterproductive.

That sounds like a stretch. There's a chain of command for a reason, lest he just jump over it and use SOFs as his personal goon squads.

It seems easier to get some guys to go grab a server than it is to get the NSA/CIA/FBI to do an investigation.

Im pretty sure the Us is allowed to do stuff like that without asking.
Allowed? No. Could probably get away with it? Yes. But it'd set back a LOT of relations, damage our standing on the international field with everybody, and is the last thing Trump is likely to do.

Nah, its more complicated than that. Georgia has already signaled election reform, and Mitch McConnel would uhm, not be pleased to say the least.

The better answer is "nobody knows until January".

In the movies, yes. In reality... other considerations take place. Warrants across international lines are less decrees and more polite requests. One national leader asks another national leader to allow it. In this case, dealing with nominal German assets, it would have to be a fairly quiet affair actually.

The Brass will know, Trump will know, and neither side really would like it but the only other option is to risk a de facto act of war on German soil aaaand everybody dislikes that more.
Democrats are terrible at winning special elections historically. There are a couple things that make this different, the Senate hanging in the balance, this being such a high profile contest, the enormous money about to roll in, but perhaps the most interesting the willingness to throw people under the bus by the stop the steal movement if they don't 100% back the president in this which will get increasingly hard to do in the next few weeks as his remaining options are collapsing all around him.

The behavior of state-level Republicans raises an interesting possibility. Up to now, I assumed the Democrats rigged it unilaterally and Republican state legislators would go ballistic because they'd know they'd be next if this level of rigging was allowed to stand.

However, consider the following. A bunch of high-level Republicans and Democrats have a deal. The high-level Republicans don't like Trump. The Democrats probably know that AntiFa and BLM riots need to be suppressed because even normies know something is wrong if their city gets burned down. We know they fucking hate people like AOC talking about socialism and defunding the police. What they all want is a neoliberal regime. Woke capitalism basically. Sweatshops in China, and with illegal immigrants in the US but a rainbow flag during pride month and bans for anyone dumb enough to not see that there are some things you don't question.

So the elections were not rigged down-ballot because the down-ballot Republicans are in on the deal. The heads of the state legislatures will certify because they're in on it too. What will happen in Georgia? Maybe the Republicans get that in return for giving up the White House? The midterms will produce a carefully balanced house - literally 50:50. So the Republicans have some way to enforce the deal because they get to keep the Senate and the house is split. Republicans would probably know how many Democrat legislators would back things like the Green New Deal or court-packing and they'd know those have no chance of passing. And they've got the Senate in case something terrible happens.

If this were the case I'd expect the new regime to be a carefully bipartisan technocratic one that doesn't really achieve anything. Woke scraps will be thrown to the left but capitalism will continue to shaft normal people. Immigration and free trade will be pushed. Bipartisan groups will work out careful chess moves to play against China - carrier battlegroups will prowl the seas and US allies will be bolstered. In Europe, NATO will announce that the US is back, baby, with more commitment to oppose Russian expansionism. One interesting thing about this is that you'd see the more strident members of each party decommissioned, a bit like the US and USSR decommissioned their intermediate-range nukes towards the end of the cold war. So when AOC said she 'might leave politics' she wasn't kidding. Her next primary will end with her losing to stuffed ballots to some DNC apparatchik and she knows it. Similarly, all the Republicans who cast doubt on the 2020 'election' will get primaried and will lose, with varying degrees of legitimacy. So the reason the entire Republican party seems to be hedging its bets is that they all sense that the fix is in for this election and if you cast any doubt on the legitimacy of the process you're gone next primary or next election. Conversely, if you hedge your bets a bit you might benefit from the new, post-democratic order.

So what you've got is a compromise. It's just it's the Compromise of 2020 arranged pre-election, not a compromise of 2021 arranged after it.

Would it work? I'm not convinced. Suppose the Democrats break the deal and win control of the Senate? At that point, the Republicans know they've been screwed. Or if the Democrats rig the midterms. The regime requires that two parties that absolutely hate each other have a core of people who are willing to work together.

Incidentally, Newsmax has a parade of Republicans saying 'fight it out in court but if you lose move on'

The conspiracy of that nature is too big but possible given the leaders in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania allowed this under their watch, chances are elections will be meaningless as America descents into a banana republic. Then the real decline begins afterwards or Trump probably has a big card up his sleeve.

Yes, I would actually agree with you! The entire thing I described was WHY I dislike the term "4D chess" being used, and its because its just... regular chess, against an awful foe.

Though even the EO is just regular chess.

Prior interference occurred (Albiet, massively overblown)
Dems have a history of cheating

Not hard to come up with that counter off that alone.

I think the EO is considered because you have to anticipate your opponent not changing his plans. It takes a certain amount of skill to show your opponent how you're going to beat him, let him make his moves, and still end up beating him how you said you would. But, as you said, awful foes, so maybe they really were that dumb.

Less "Dumb" and more "The top brass is full of hubris, and the foot soldiers suffer from the organizational structure".

But it does amount to the same thing, they simply -can't- change their plans quickly.

I doubt it's the main reason. Policy matters to the minorities who bother to vote. And Blacks and Hispanics are socially more conservative than one might think.

an aside: many Black democrats otherwise regret voting for Biden-Harris. Racial concessions are the Blacks' single-issue when it comes to votes. The enslavement continues.

The one takeway from this election, fraud aside, is for Republicans to never, ever try to appease the nigger-vote ever again. The enlavement to the plantation is too strong to overcome.

The President is Commander in Chief right? So he could tell some special forces types to go do it and keep it quiet from the brass.
SOCOM's direct report is "Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict" (Yes, I had to look that up) and that person now reports to SecDef per HK-47's post from last week.

>Ezra Cohen-Watnick just delivered a speech regarding the move to place civilian SpecOps directly underneath the Acting Sec of Defense

Holy fucking shit he actually showed up on camera. That archive is for the Department of Defense's A/SD Chris Miller stating that the Special Operations civilian leadership will report directly to him, instead of through the current bureaucratic channels. Probably to hack leakers out of the equation since Ezra-Cohen Watnick is involved but what the fuck he has a face.

If I ever get into a blue state again and someone starts ranting about Republicans to me I'm just going to tell them that 2020 showed that elections in America are meaningless and they should concentrate on something more real. Like Pro Wrestling.

Didn't Trump purge his SecDef? Suppose he told the SecDef to find some guys to seize a server. It's on foreign soil so he doesn't need a US court order and there's no risk of him getting Watergated. The worst that could happen is that it's an act of war and it's Germany so there's not much chance anything will come of it. The US has killed people in foreign countries before and got away with it. Also as Commander in Chief and Head of State he has the authority to commence military action and can keep it going for 60 days and a 30 day withdrawal period without violating the War Powers Resolution.

That seems like it's legal to me. And if the SecDef resigns he can just find someone else who'll go along with this sort of thing and name them Acting SecDef, pending Congressional approval.

Tom Scott's video against electronic voting has probably already been posted in the thread but it bares another post, would highly recommend sending to people that are on the fence about what's the actual problem with voting machines. The problem with some videos that get shared here is that they often times get written off by normies before they're even watched just based on who the person making the video is, as far as I know Tom Scott doesn't have that issue.

I have no idea how anyone can be okay with the idea of electronic voting in the first place.

The polls from what legacy media are saying that while majority of Republicans obviously believe it was rigged, there were also independents and some democrats that believe it has been rigged also. A minority but significant amount of democrats.

The California GOP is still backing Trump from what I have seen so far and its the largest GOP group in the country.

I predict as we get closer to December 14th, more Republican traitors will reveal themselves and maybe that is why Trump has been quiet, so the people can see how far compromised is the party.

The desperation among Democrats and RINOs and Hollywood and the niggers from the sportsball world who want Trump gone is super high for a giant conspiracy fix to be true. If the fix was in, they would let Trump challenge all this shit in the courts as they probably made a deal with SCOTUS judges to toss it out and Trump would lose all power in DC after that. He never had much power in DC to begin with.

Instead we see insanity where the counts are stopped and the shitshow afterwards with votes dripping in for days. We see democrats fighting tooth and nail to stop the audits and threaten lawyers who work for the President. They giving him giant incentives to just go full 1488 since the support is there now.

Trump even till now is getting bolder and more aggressive each passing day. He tells the people at the G20 summit that he will be working with them in the future and using firm and confident language to convey that he has already won. Neocons like Pompeo talking of a second Trump administration and firing people as well as still pushing new people to the Senate and ordering new year's budget to be prepared are not typical behaviors of a one term lame duck. Usually they just start the transition early and making lists of who to pardon.

I believe its a fog of war situation where a bunch of retards in typical modern day American fashion got together to rig the election and fucked it all up.

"[SCOTUSblog] began as a means of promoting the law firm then known as Goldstein & Howe, P.C"

"Notably, Goldstein served as second chair for Laurence Tribe and David Boies on behalf of Vice President Al Gore in Bush v. Gore. He also served as second chair for Laurence Tribe on New York Times Co. v. Tasini (decided in 2001)."

Laurence Tribe is a ghoul. Nice partner there.
The man running it is named Thomas Che Goldstein.
Like I get Powell and Giuliani have been showboating alot, but to treat them as shit tier lawyers based on how they act in the media despite doing big things (Giuliani fucking up the mafia and Powell defending Flynn) is just retarded.

Could they showboat a lot? Yes
Does that make them shit-level lawyers? No

Not saying they are the best, but they certainly are not the worst lawyers out there.

Also I like how SCOTUSBlog ignores the detail of Pennsylvania dismissing an order from the SCOTUS which if unchecked could be bad nationwide depending on how SCOTUS rules in the future.
Giuliani or Powell are not the lawyers necessarily arguing before SCOTUS.
Weekends usually have little to no news and developments, but lots of demoralizing media propaganda. Doomer Weekends are pretty consistent.

Lol, at nonpartisan. Like I give a fuck what they say the Supreme Court will do. The Court already gave PA an order to separate ballots in case they need to make a ruling on them after the fact, a ruling they seemingly ignore to the vocal upset of one of the Justices. But they aren't going to even accept the President's Lawsuit?
Someone with Che in his name (which btw isn't a name but an exclamation used solely by Argentines and was a nickname given to Argentine Ernesto Guevara by his fellow Communist Cubans) is not nonpartisan. If my parents had named me after Rosa Luxemburg, Dolores Ibarruri or Angela Davis I would have changed my name the minute it was possible unless I was also a Communist.
