Hmm, interesting if true. I have not received such a survey, but its timing along with the Powell news makes me lean slightly towards "Its an OP that reached conclusion".

That smells of "We have something we think might work, but need to be sure its wanted."

In pa alone there's a lot of legal questions that need to be answered and if they're answered in trump's favor he wins. Sec state bookvar changed the election rules without state legislation as required by state law. what do you do with those votes?

for the unequal ballot curing, Judge Brann says he's not going to cancel millions of votes even if trump's team proved their case in court. so what do you do? PA has to certify tomorrow and Brann's remedy is to sue the counties for a chance to cure the ballot. Seems kinda late right? and then if those ballots were mixed in with the legal ones, how do you find them?

It's also not out of the question the UK media will unite behind Starmer and Labour will rig the election so he beats Boris. The problem for Labour is that they're already down to the places they can rig. It will be hard to take over places the Conservatives currently hold because the UK has 650 parliamentary constituencies and a population of 68 million people. So the constituencies are much smaller than 50 states for a country with 330 million.

Boris seems to be doing most of what they want to do anyway and seems to be in on the whole Build Back Better thing.

However, he does point out that currently Arizona and Michigan seem to have question marks over certification. So Biden is down to 279 votes.

At that point, if one more state declines to certify - Wisconsin, Georgia, or Pennsylvania - then Biden is under 270 and we get a contingent election.

Of course, he points out if that happens the Democrats are going to go absolutely ballistic. But we knew that anyway.

He makes a point about how the delegates 'need to get bus home afterward' because he doesn't realize that no one actually travels to DC. Rather the state sends a certificate. If they decline to send one because the election was too flawed to certify, contingent election.
