Is it looking unlikely we'll win or do we still have hope?

There's loads of evidence of ballot stuffing in all the disputed states, most of which have Republican state legislatures. There are court cases in all states. If enough manage to avoid certifying the obvious fraud as not obvious fraud by December 14th there will be a contingent election.

And then massive rioting by the left, but such is life. When life sends you communist rioters liquefy them into rioterade using high-tech weapons systems. If you were to increase the power of LRADs and ADSs by 30000dB you could cook and liquefy them at the same time.

The future is more glorious than you can possibly imagine.

Maybe he bought into his own doomering and is trying to save his head from the guillotine (metaphorical or literal)?
I don't know why you see a need to overthink this.

Tucker Carlson is someone who likes to present as a serious guy. He wore a bow-tie as an adult man. He's been directly screwed by extremely shoddy research from 'voter fraud' cheerleaders, with the two cases of the smoking gun dead people who... weren't. He could just have clowns like Powell or Giuliani on to spout a bunch of nonsense and not challenge them at all, but that would be a bit embarrassing after all the kayfabe legal challenges fail.

Sure, he'll lose some audience from retards who see politics as a team sport like American football where their team of rapists can do no wrong and the other teams of rapists are evil incarnate, but he would lose audience sooner or later if he behaved like some Hannity/Rush type shill too, sooo..

Alternatively, perhaps the MyPillow guy is annoyed that sales are down because his customers are sending money to Trump instead, and wants this over as soon as possible.

Cease this homosexual lust towards Tucker Carlson at once.

Fascism is one of those words that like talent doesn't actually mean anything. It's a colloquial umbrella referring to, often, some very distinct concepts that have earned their own terms whether they have them or not (natural talent, built skill, authoritarianism, utilitarianism) but by itself it's just such a misnomer and I don't get why it's such a feared term by the left? Does it have any real meaning? Can't they just use utilitarian or authoritarian for the contextually appropriate situations that prescribe it?

There's a reason there are fasces on the Lincoln Memorial.

We still have plenty of hope. Only thing that's changed is we now know Rudy doesn't have much confidence in Powell, but honestly she was always more of a sideshow, I mean don't get me wrong if she wins it'll be incredible, but she was never the most likely option, although I must admit personally I did think she had intel, which is still technically possible and with members of Rudy's team signalboosting her and his message being mostly lawyerly vague technical truths it seems like they also think it's possible. Mostly she just got hit for being very bad at PR really, and honestly, I said as much myself multiple times before Rudy hit her so yeah she sucks at PR.

Oh yeah it would be amazing if Sidney ends up being right and that's something that Barnes and Viva touched on, they'll be more than happy admit they were wrong if she ends up being correct but even if what she has is 100% the truth and nothing but the truth it's the kind of stuff that would be hard to actually go and prove in court especially in the time span available to the Trump team. And due to how hard it would be prove this stuff it woulf drag down the stronger stuff.

So if Sidney's right good on her because she will expose so much shit is but it's much safer for her to try and argue her case independently than it is as a part of trump's team.

I do maintain that if Trump does make it back to a second term term i do think at least some of her allegations should be investigated as part of what should be an inevitable push for electoral reform.

The only way for elections to be safe in America is having Chris Chan-esque types tally the votes by hand.

that's basically the gist of it, a case against dominion would probably take years to make and they don't have the time, dominion would be electoral fraud., although they could bring in technical specialists to testify about the math stuff I don't know how much of a criminal case this is compared to a civil case.

safe route is to challenge the electoral laws that were broken in the contested states that were in many ways instrumental to the voter fraud schemes that went on.

one thing I keep saying, numbers and math alone are enough evidence to prove fiscal fraud, I don't see how electoral fraud would be different, the problem is that we have three things going on, electoral fraud, voter fraud, and disrespecting the laws and state supreme courts, the goal should be in my opinion, to prove that enough laws were broken to illegitimize the results of the election in these states, link the lowering of safety standards facilitated by the broken laws, to the prevalence of voter fraud, and use the math data to corroborate that fraud took place generating impossible results.

it's a path I could see being taken.

Looking it up I still think almost anything a government does ever could be considered hypothetically fascist. I still don't get the hype. It sounds mostly like authoritarianism. Hard to look at it and think, that needs it's own name.

Lincoln was largely pretty fair to the people who served under him or am I incorrect? They even had voting and all sorts of things back then, so...

Sidney's case will take months and she'll only get those months if Trump gets a second term. The Giuliani/Ellis cases on voter fraud have the opportunity of making it the SCOTUS to have some effect on the Republican State Legislature elector decisions before December 14th. Sidney's case does not.

The fasces on the monument symbolize the fact that he used force against his enemies to keep the country together, just like if Trump wins a contingent election he will have to use force against his enemies.

Stratocracy now!

Not retarded, definitely falls into the True Believer camp. Barnes definitely implies she had SOMETHING, but was buying too deeply into random disinfo. I think if she were given a considerably larger amount of time she'd be able to sift through it better.

I think she’s definitely onto something, but it’s something that’ll likely require maybe half a year to suss out and prove, not a few weeks.

Maybe this was a feign to throw the media off, maybe not, but I still believe that Trump’s real lawsuit will be far more tightly focused on Election Day events.

I wanna hear more about this person
She's batshit insane and all-in on conspiracy theories. She even went out and bought a gun because she's terrified of BLM and Antifa. She thinks Soros and Bill Gates are out to destroy America. Thinks that everyone who is successful sold their soul to Satan. I give her somewhat of a pass for her insanity because she was sexually abused as a child, but instead of going to therapy and all that stuff, she's doing "self healing", which apparently is listening to her conman fiancee who, I suspect, is what turned her to these conspiracy theories.
