in the end it is Aliana who decides the future of the galaxy, not Rey who does not have his own agency

Aliana does not want to rule the galaxy but wants to fundamentally change the ideologies that have governed the galaxy for millennia and change the governmental system, this is a contradiction because to change this you need massive political power to force this change (control the economy, entertainment, journalism, security, laws, education, everything to condition the life of the individual), and when I say force I mean that will have to do propaganda in all means of communication 24/7, censorship of any knowledge that you do not approve and acts of violence to who does not accept the change, what results in GENOCIDE when inevitably a dictatorship cannot control the population without installing fear or when the government is so focused on making its "innovative" system work that it forgets the basic needs of the population such as food, hygiene, health etc

if you really think you can change the government by putting a "caring and smart person who will not make the same mistakes of the past, I swear", this has already been done with disastrous results.
to change the thoughts of the population into something that everyone respects each other, without prejudice, hunger or misery and everyone is equal, you need to give the government full power over every aspect of interactions and exchanges between individuals and whoever does that does not have the good of the community in mind and just wants to build a utopia by any means necessary

But doubt that Aliana will trust that kind of power to someone other than her, as she is the only fair, loving, intelligent and totally non-fascist Sith
Nazism promised to build a new system better than captalism and socialism learning from their mistakes, communism was the same thing and with Amorosa's policy of killing the rich I would not be surprised by the inevitable result

there is no perfect economic and political system and avoiding the mistakes of the past is not as easy and obvious as "just don't do it" and "just do it the right way", all dictators were elected with a speech saying they are going to fix their country

and also the two Jedi you speak of, were converted to the Sith when they did their atrocities, stop denying that

I'm pretty sure the magic equation Lily hit upon that set off people from twitter gathering around to laugh at her was the fact that she amassed a twitter thread that was 100 tweets long quite literally over night, the tone was condescending and authoritarian (which has always been what people like least about her.) The twitter thread proceeded to shit on very common and popular tropes in fiction, and then further did the whole Thought Police thing with the whole "slurs cant' reclaimed, and calling yourself Queer is bad"
The one thing twitter likes, second to cancelling people for things they did a decade ago, is dragging egotistical people with hot takes and laughing at them for being over opinionated.
So it's not a surprise at all actually.

Here's the thing, Lily: character's disagreeing with your Mary Sue doesn't mean shit, if it's just there so their disagreements can be dismissed and ignored by the Mary Sue.
She actually needs to be WRONG about something and that wrongness has to actually matter.

I highly doubt it. One of the things twitter has that arguably makes it better than tumblr is that you can't delete a reply to anything said to you. Only block people. and the only way to delete responses to tweets, as demonstrated by lily herself is to delete the original post being replied to, and even then the responses still exist, the responses just don't have anything to link back to. the only thing bigger than lily's ego is her desire to control literally everything around her, and twitter mostly denies that.
I think it would be more accurate to assume sooner or later Lily is going to just delete the twitter and remain exclusively on tumblr solely because she can't as easily create the illusion of an irrational collective of hate-stalkers
