Sorry i need to add some context for that, in one stream Kiara was playing those online Ufo catcher games and one of the prices was a pillow of Pekora, she was salivating the whole time, there was a part where she said that "i want to sleep on Pekora" it took her like 5 seconds to notice what she said and went "ok i know that sounds weird"

All donations need to have the donor's name listed and recorded. If the streamer engages in illegal activities, the donations should be given back to the donors. Streamers are also now categorized, and the platform has to give you permission to go beyond your category when streaming. Superchats also have the same restrictions as the addition system, so there's a limit to how much you can give per day/month. Merchandizing will also be heavily regulated.
