America is far from perfect but it's still better than most nations in existence today.
1. My ethnic homeland will still exist 100 years from now. America will likely collapse within 20 years and if it doesn't than it'll become some hybrid of Brazil and South Africa.
2. Many nations with qualify of life equal or better than USA, including many Pacific Rim nations. Most of America is unlivable. You cannot even live in most major cities because of the demographics, homeless or drug addicts.
The Baby Boomers are reviled in our nation precisely because their lifestyle encouraged both of those things. They wanted cheap things and easy sex. Now look at the state of things, the younger generations have to piece things back together. It's not just like this in America, this is an issue almost everywhere.

As for America, if you go back people were complaining that this nation was getting soft in the 1890s post Manifest Destiny (Colonization). Many problems were already baked-in by the 1920s: alcoholism/prohibition, flappers, 19A, and jazz (Africanization). Things got worst in the 50s and 60s but the nation was already culturally degenerate by the time boomers were born.
If anything it's Gen X that is the real problem. They are limp dicked. 100% emasculated and their libertarianism allowed the woke shit we see today.
You're arguing that my nation's imperfections are a reflection on my character. Thus, you contend, my argument that wanting to lower the age of consent is tantamount to pedophilia is a foolish and backwards.

It's selfish and predatory. A teenager cannot make informed decisions well. They have agency, bit it's nascent and that naiveté shouldn't be taken advantage of by adults. Furthermore, a teenager is nowhere near fully developed. Preganacy is an immense toll on the body. Why subject an adolescent to that? Why force them to risk mortal injury just so you can get your rocks off?
The fact of the matter is that the age of majority in the United States and many other nations is 18. Wanting to lower it is generally seen as sleazy and predatory behavior. What do you have to gain from lowering the age of consent? Why argue for it? Why can't you successfully attract an adult? Why target adolescents and children?
In a health society, childhood ends at puberty and by middle-school women are told to get married and start a family. Once this, normal human sexuality, becomes
uncouth that allows all the feminist degeneracy we see today (equal pay, women in politics and leadership, casual sex, birthrate collapse). You have to put women on a path to marriage at the end of puberty if you want your society to be healthy. You cannot be anti-science and ignore human biology because your social conditioning makes it uncouth.
Most nations simply copied the USA but USA cultural hegemony is failing and I except other nations to change the age of consent and other laws to reflect their culture.
