Or if they actually do an audit. I am thinking that Georgia should be written off as a lost cause and Democrats are like at 90 percent going to win both seats. Because the base is seeing the kind of RINOs in charge for such a deep red state. Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are putting up tougher fights along with Nevada lol.

Didn't they announce they'd be doing a signature audit though? Which makes me wonder what the point of certification even was.

Apparently Steve Cortes, Trump campaign cheif strategist, said that Powell's case is a criminal investigation and that the Trump cases are Constitutional cases.

I'm giving Powell attention on the premise to observe the hypothesis if it was a smokescreen or diversion like several have said.

Normally I'd agree with you but given that this is a sitting president who's spearheading all this and is likely pumping in millions of dollars to fast-track these appeals to get this suit to SCOTUS, I do think it will make it to the court by virtue of the people involved in the case.

Some random local or even state level politician will probably get blown off in this situation but given it's the president, they'll at least look at the case.

Whether or not they do anything more than that is anyone's guess. I'm not optimistic and I've already more or less consigned myself to a Biden victory.

That's the current plot. If they can certify then audit then the time limit favors Biden. Basically, if they certify Trump has to prove fuckery to undo it, and if we run out of time, oh well, President Biden sends his regards.

If they refuse to certify, then one way or another this doesn't end until we know.

There's a reason the left wants "Certify then Audit." Expect to see that going forward hardcore from now on.

I’m no expert but I’m fairly certain private attorneys can’t bring criminal cases.

I’ll believe it when I see actual indictments from a government authority, but until then this is just flowery PR bullshit.
