The story of Proposition 16 in California. If you look at the counties in high favor of it, basically Marin and Alameda whereas LA and SF were razor thin in favor.

"PA Supreme Court" yeah if anyone thought PASC was gonna aprove ANYTHING they were huffing fumes. Reminder, PASC are the guys that literally rewrote the PA voting law on their own without any kind of legislative authority just to own the orange man. Maybe outside PA we might see some case get aproved before making it to SCOTUS, highly unlikely due to the level of POZ going around, and either way it's all getting to SCOTUS one way or the other, but PA was a known deal.

Matthew Braun, the guy who threw out Trump's lawsuit in Pennsylvania (and despite being an Obama appointee) is a member of the Federalist Society. (where most of the Supreme Court comes from)

The only state Supreme Court I can see ruling favorably is Wisconsin's.

Rackets asserts Giuliani's crew could have gotten to some sort of standing for the individual plaintiffs if they sued their respective counties.

If I understand him correctly, actually, he believes that they should have retained their other charges instead of excising them in the amended complaints, if only for the appeals.

I wonder how much of the Republican base is getting red pilled on what liberals are really like along with that fact that despite throwing BLM under the bus, they still using the nigger excuse.

And maybe what I could see in the potential Biden era is counties slowly starting to reject the federal government since California has mastered that art with sanctuary cities. Might as well tell POTUS and SCOTUS and your own politicians to go get fucked.

This is just reality. If you ever thought the supreme Court stepping in and throw out hundreds of thousands of votes across multiple states was anything but the longest shot I'm sorry you get your news from 4chan. Something like that would require rock solid evidence of large scale voter fraud and so far no one's shown anything close to that.
