I wonder how much of the Republican base is getting red pilled on what liberals are really like along with that fact that despite throwing BLM under the bus, they still using the nigger excuse.

And maybe what I could see in the potential Biden era is counties slowly starting to reject the federal government since California has mastered that art with sanctuary cities. Might as well tell POTUS and SCOTUS and your own politicians to go get fucked.

That only works on Republicans who naturally cuck, a democrat hegemony will crush dissent hard.

This is just reality. If you ever thought the supreme Court stepping in and throw out hundreds of thousands of votes across multiple states was anything but the longest shot I'm sorry you get your news from 4chan. Something like that would require rock solid evidence of large scale voter fraud and so far no one's shown anything close to that.
Who are you? Haven't seen you post here.

And nice gaslighting. "Muh publically visible evidence", which isn't how the legal system works.

I thought there was Gorsuch, Alito and Trump's 3 appointees?
It's not just about the justices, but the case as a whole. The judge can only work with what the litigants are giving them, and can only operate within the confines of law-tempered sense.

It doesn't matter whether the fraud/systemic mishandling is obvious if the case about it being brought to them is poorly constructed and/or falls outside their judicial reach (since the SCOTUS is meant to handle court cases that implicate U.S. constitutional questions).

So seeing as I don't speak batshit binary, could someone not a retard tell me where exactly we stand going forward? We're still in 'we knew this was going to the SC' yes?
Yes, that's been the prediction for months now even before the election. But at the moment, states are beginning to certify their votes against all reason, narrowing Trump's options down to essentially just the SCOTUS at this point, which is expected even if it's disheartening. The only state I could see actually going to Trump before certification is Wisconsin, and even that's optimistic based on the reports we've heard so far about the recount.

Mail-In voting was a mistake.

The thing that has been absolutely draining is that we've all been jerked around constantly for the past 3 weeks:

"Trump is so far ahead in the number of votes ... Oh no, they stopped counting. And now it's 4am and Biden is suddenly ahead everywhere?!"

"Biden said he wouldn't declare victory until certification ... Oh wait, he declared victory."

"Michigan GOP members said they wouldn't certify in Wayne County ... Oh wait, now they are. But now they're fighting it! But wait, is it pointless or nah? Hell if I know."

"Sidney Powell is going release the kraken! Oh wait, no she isn't. Fuck Tucker Carlson, btw ... Oh wait, maybe he was right about her? Or nah? Hell if I know!"

"Georgia is going to recount and audit. Oh wait, they just recounted. What about the audit?"

"Taking this to the SCOTUS is a good plan ... Oh wait, now it isn't."

What a damn mess.

Honestly I'm hoping for a Trump win pretty much exclusively cause right wing salt isn't as tasty as the left wing variety. It's mostly either the whole "lose with grace" shtick they've been doing for years or they'll go full doomer for a few months then they'll just suck it up and simmer for another four years.

Leftist salt is premium right now cause if Trump manages to pull a hail Mary win outta his ass it'll be an salt explosion we have never seen and will probably never see again in the entire history of modern politics. It'll be real violent though, so I dunno if it's really worth it for the world for that to happen.
if it helps, we'd get more street baggin by the fbi. Might see a lot of arrest on that now that elections are over. We might get shit like bombs though which is shit though.

I wish I could throw the loonies out, GOPers ain't wrong to be weary of dems right now with this shit. I rather we all get along and grill but damn does my side make it hard and retarded.

The season finale of 2020 is indeed proving to be a weird one.

You can only take a certain amount of redpills before you realize your country is going to turn into South Africa on steroids. If I were American this would be the point I'd be looking for a way out, and I'm not exaggerating. Trump 2nd term will only delay the inevitable.

Please do leave. It’ll make things easier.

Wisconsin's certification won't come until December 1st, and they're currently going through a recount in Dane and Milwaukee.
So yes, I can see Wisconsin maybe flipping.

Barnes pointing out that to get this done in such a short amount of time, say that ballots counted came in against the law, not necessarily that there was malicious intent in doing so, not alleging fraud.
So seeing as I don't speak batshit binary, could someone not a retard tell me where exactly we stand going forward? We're still in 'we knew this was going to the SC' yes?
Anybody thinking there would be any victories in the PASC was way too optimistic, considering the PASC was part of the problem.
