I got to say, Techpriest following up his adamant assertions that he understands how the US Supreme Court works followed up by him not knowing the difference between a State Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court is my favorite thing to happen in this thread.
How does a case like this reach Supreme Court, what's the technicalities of it ? I legit have no clue about election law or much law in general in America.

Mail-in voting is fine for those that are extremely elderly and can't go to the polls otherwise, but it has to be strictly managed. Like you have to have a witness sign and ensure that you have a condition that prevents you from going to the polls rather than some generic illness. I'm not agianst mail-in voting either, but there's a reason even countries like India don't use them for voting purposes.
So some kind of... Absentee type ballot?

Intriguing idea.

Why are people acting like universal mail in voting and harvesting is a republican conspiracy theory? The house Dems put it in their covid bill. They already tried once. The moment they can do it, they will.

And it's lockdowns from now on. If they can get us locked down over what is essentially a harsh flu they'll manage to come up with another excuse every 4 years.

And if they can get away with stealing this one, so blatantly, against the most popular american politician of all time, it'll be laughably easy against anyone else.

It's now or never for american democracy's survival. They're never letting in another trump if they can help it, it's jebs who lose with dignity from here...

When I wrote that it occurred to me it worked either ironically or non ironically depending on how you view democracy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again the Democrats, true to their name, want democracy of the mob rule variant. Republicans want a republic of the 'checks and balances, hardcoded rights, protection for minorities' variant.

Let's please take a second to remember that what the democrats understand as proper democracy involves taking away the right to vote from POC, specially blacks, and actively discriminating against them, legally. Like just look up Wilson. He really did push jim crow laws into the federal government.

And judging by Cali, only difference between Wilson and now is they've realiced niggers are easier to manipulate than whiteis, so they've plastered some blackface and changed target, but if they can they sure as shit will take away your right to vote. It's "DEMOCRACY(TM)" certainly not anything I'd consider truly democratic.

What makes you think they will not use another 'pandemic' to make this happen again?
They can just say racism and boom, mail-in ballots mk2.
I've said it before and I'll say it again the Democrats, true to their name, want democracy of the mob rule variant.
They want this and then they can win by importing their electorate.

As I've stated before, the mess that is this election doesn't make me prioritize a second Trump term (as much as I would like for that to happen, don't get me wrong).

The priority here is to make sure that this shit doesn't happen again in future elections. Sadly, there are far too many spineless people in the GOP to make me have faith that our future elections will be secured ... Even if Trump pulls this off.
If Trump pulls this off, there will be no future elections. Well the trust is broken either way thanks to the baby boomers.

That's what I meant. If this goes away it will show up again every Election.
Yes, and that's precisely what bothers me about the results of this election.

Four years of President Biden? Not what I want in the slightest, but if he had won fair and square, then you know what? I'd just have to suck it up and deal with it. Some elections go the way you want them to, and some don't. That's how it's supposed to work. I'd go on with my life and hope for the best over the duration of the upcoming four years.

A Biden victory, at this point, though, would mean that the corruption and the fraud have won, and that our democratic process has been compromised-- maybe forever. That's the part that scares me and pisses me off.

That has to be an edit, no way is it real.
I have the game and that is indeed in the instruction manual
I never thought I'd be able to use my Sonic autism in this kind of thread, but yeah, the short of it is that it's a mistranslation, it's basically meant to say that he's a womanizer.
I actually never knew that part.

To get back on topic, this was always going to the U.S. Supreme Court, despite certification.
We'll see if there were any teeth to Trump's allegations by December 14th.
I just can't believe more people voted for Biden than any presidential candidate in American history.
If Biden's win is 100% legit, say goodbye to the Executive Office, GOP.
You'll never see it, again.

And you’ve just identified the part that’ll be wiped from your mind in the camps if/when the Democrats get their hands on both houses to go with the White House.

So from what I’m hearing from today, it’s looking to be all over but waving the white flag?
No not really, we all just living in the moment. Trump did say this was all going to SCOTUS in the end.

The big question is if Trump planning to cross the Rubicon given how the GOP will turn on Trump supporters first before staying strong against the Democrats.
