We shouldn't be dooming about certification in states like Georgia and Michigan; in Florida in the 2000 election, they certified on Nov. 26, but Gore filed suit against Florida the next day. SCOTUS didn't hear oral arguments until Dec. 1. This process takes time, and I understand it can be frustrating that things aren't happening at a very fast speed. If you argue that the hearings were unfairly biased politically and didn’t give you a full chance to display your side of the story, you can pull out your evidence still.
