Well, the consensus I was talking about was a more optimistic one I thought, since it's saying certification isn't as bad as it sounds. But yeah, I already mentioned it, but it's pretty clear to me that the Dems are banking on Trump only being able to win through the courts, and I guess their hope is that enough of the justices cave in to the pressure they'll likely be applying if lawsuits start making it to SCOTUS. Though I'm still confused about Georgia's signature audit, because if it does show that Trump won but it's after certification, then what, can they reverse the certification, or do they just brush off the fixed results? Just seems like the easiest way to piss people off, and I'm not sure why they'd want that.

The thing about Biden is that he was the course correction. Once his time is done, and the Democrats solidify their grip, they can easily move to pursue their pet project to head to their progressive utopia (and yes, that includes the lists and the purges and the trials and the camps and the seizing of assets).

The thing is, Republicans are in pretty good position as is considering they now have the power to gerrymander the fuck out of everything and are in a good position to win in 2022 and 2024.

And one reason that they'll easily be able to move toward utopia: They have Kamala Harris ready to fill Biden's shoes, and she's basically AOC but easier to put on a leash.

Harris is a mercenary and fake as fuck though. She'll do what the DNC wants which is to enact the will of their corporate donors. I know I'm going to get a lot of flak for this but a lot of this can be attributed to mail in ballots, dems predominately voting by mail, and state legislatures changing election laws and is not necessarily fraud. I'm not saying their wasn't fraud: it serves as a smokescreen for fraud, and it looked orchestrated, but I'm also not discounting the possibility that a large percentage of those ballots were legitimate (wouldn't surprise me if a lot of low-information voters, the exact kind of voters that mail in vote, just marked Biden and no one else--I think I remember overvoting was pretty common nationwide iirc). If the ballots were required to be counted by the end of election day we could completely sidestep this.

As I said probably a thousand pages ago, the Supreme Court is not going to say Trump wins, but they can make decisions that let others give Trump a win. I think the most likely win is going to give the State Legislatures the justification to assign electors. An easy example of that, and one that benefits Trump for it to be closer to the 14th is the mail in ballot extension in PA. It's a pretty clear violation for a judge to change election rules that are set by the Legislature. If the Election board didn't make taking those invalid by the law as written ballots easy to remove from the tabulation or can't sort them out in time, the Supreme Court will likely say that the Legislature has the authority to assign electors in the manner they see fit in order to remedy. In this scenario is entirely possible the Legislature gives it to Biden, but if you go by party lines Trump is favored to win.

The biggest thing Trump has to do is find enough justification for the Legislatures to step in. Here is the thing, THEY DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THE ELECTORS TO TRUMP OR BIDEN. If he can make a good enough case about the election results being unclear these states can choose not to assign their electors. If PA and GA do that Biden is at 270. If one other State flips or doesn't certify, the electoral college doesn't select a victor and it goes to the house. Hell, peak clown world, Nevada gives it to fucking Kanye for the lolz and it's the same result. Then we have to convince enough States' representatives to vote for Trump, and considering they won big this year and the Dems in the house are worried about 2022, that may not be a hard sell.

Yes I know this is how Bernie can still win levels. I'm dubious we even get to the first hurdle, but 5 of the 6 States in contention are Republican controlled, and three of them don't have to change their results, they just have to throw up their hands and says "Shits fucked yo." And if they were confident they wouldn't be desperate for Trump to give up, Kamala wouldn't be holding on to her Senate seat. They are trying to shove down our throats that Biden win in a landslide despite the fact that enough states have less than a precent difference in votes to flip the election. They are threatening anyone that has any ability to give Trump a tiny win with murder of themselves and their family, they are making up story after story about Trump giving up or knowing he's lost. We may be doom and despair wojacks, but they are just the same with the smug masks.
