#NotAllWomen, but, sadly, I get you.
A sad majority of women in the US these days seem to knock down what is good and prop up what is bad. These women make amoral and selfish decisions, and then they want society to praise (and fund) them for it ... Because why take responsibility for your awful actions, right?
I mean, we live in a society (lol) that tells us that "WAP" is an empowering song ... But you somehow support rape if you enjoy listening to "Baby it's Cold Outside," which is just a song about two people flirting and being coy with each other. Yes, we totally have a morality problem in this country, and feminism has been guilty of that trajectory. In 2020, it appears that far too many people say what's right is wrong, and what's wrong is right.
I have been surrounded by "yasss queen" people for so many years of my life at this point ... And I've been made miserable because of it. Literally the only things that make me happy these days are my husband and my family. I know a few other women who are in the same boat as me, as well. We're not the majority of women in the US at this point in time, but we're not an insignificant amount either.
The happiest and nicest women I know IRL, btw, are the ones who are married and have kids. It's no contest. They are by far the happiest women that I know. The childless ones are fucking harpies about everything.
