He'll keep taking donations to pay down debts until he can no longer make vague and nebulous claims about fighting to win a second term. Then he'll take donations to fund legal and other expenses, while making vague and nebulous promises associated with some PAC to donors, like Sarah Palin did when she did a bus tour purportedly to explore another campaign but really just to sell shitty books or reality shows or whatever it was she did after 2008. That's without respect to any legal jeopardy he may or may not be in. He and his organization are under so many investigations no one really knows what'll happen.
