The kiwi farms has nothing to do with my healthcare plan. The plan is all about getting me on the right medication and the right dosage, following through with future appointments, and getting back to work. that's what's best for me now, and that's what my doctor's have said, so that's what I'll do. I am in reasonably good shape, despite being overweight. I'm not superman but I think I'm pretty strong and if I really dedicated myself to a fight I could do a lot of damage. Both my arms are around the same strength. I am 215 down from 230. I'm thinking of doing some more fasting to help with the weight loss but we're not there yet. Or maybe if not fasting then at least being on some kind of reasonable diet. Anyway sorry, I'm rambling.
