Both you and the other guy are wrong. The Envelopes are supposed to be maintained but separated as a necessary check to ensure the number of absentee ballots matches the number of envelopes.

They can't because they mixed them in with the normal votes. The main reason why a recount has been requested in GA.

Not MATI or anything but this election cycle should really get everyone on board with capital punishment being ordered for anyone who even makes a "mistake" of that magnitude during the counting process. People aren't being held accountable for this and a message needs to be sent.
