He mentioned it himself, someone already reported it for that. I've never reported a post on DA but apparently if one is flagged for something, that option gets greyed out so that duplicate reports don't waste staff time.

I occasionally come across yaoi, but I don't know much about the community. It seems like a of them give the guy boobs; I'm not talking moobs here, I'm talking firm boobs with female nipple placement. Is this even acknowledged as some sort of fetish thing (maybe like futa), or is it just yaoi artists not understanding the difference between female and male breasts/pecs?

Only if it's the right character. I've seen drawings of canon adult versions of characters get axed under the pedo excuse, while really blatant pedo shit gets the okay because the mod likes it. Alternatively if one or more mods hates someone they will pounce over the most minor or nonexistent infraction.
