Anyone here decent at reading Json?
I was looking at the json file from NY Times
And I am puzzled about what this is:

Every other "Eevp_source" is "Edison". It keeps showing up in various state reports at different points in time, but the time always looks odd in comparison with the rest of the numbers reported in. This "time" here is 2020-11-19, same as surrounding dates, but placed at 21:46:05:030Z, The time right before was 18:31:02Z, and right after is 18:31:02Z. Then nothing happens until the 24th. This here above was from Maryland.
Same happens here in Michigan.

Here you see the date Edison is providing is the voter data on all other dates. Before and after this one it says: 11/19/2020 , and then suddenly there is one from AP from 11/15/2020 at 15:56:23:333Z
I noticed AP as the odd one out when it comes to reporting numbers here, but they may have had a reason? I am guessing AP is Associated Press or some abbreviation for it. If you search the text for it you will also find : "result_source":"AP".
Next you find Rhode Island who has been at 100% for quite some time

And that suddenly dropped from 6 955 700 to 6 921 699 as an end result? 34 001 votes.
I am not certain what I am looking at to be fair. This is just data that the NY have plotted in and been provided by "Edison". Perhaps the right autists will have more us of this json link than me.
