I'm 35 years old and I don't have a single cavity. Neither do any of my children.

They are required to floss their teeth daily and brush 2 to 3 times a day. They get check ups every 6 months.

However I don't believe cavities are causes by lack of brushing. Gingivitis is though.

Cavities are caused by malnutrition, including excessive sugar and unclean foods like pork. Teeth are bone, they need minerals to grow stronger. My children aren't allowed to eat refined sugar and soda except on rare occasions. They eat whole foods, nonGMO, natural sugars and high protein diets. That's why non of my children have ever been over weight nor diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. White refined sugar is POISON
