It reminds me of the inmense shitstorms that happened when people first saw Nessa (the black gym leader) and for some reason this was like the second coming of jesus for some people. As if we didn't had black gym leaders or a black Elite 4 before her. There might be also some things about Bea (the fighting type one) but i don't know. It's not like i went on and played the game to begin with.Y'all got anymore SJW Sword/Shield art nonsense? Esp. the gym leaders since wow, they're like autism attract magnets or something.
To be honest, it happens a lot more than you think since "size difference" is kind of a fetish among some circles. It's awfully common to have short people being paired with bigger people because they see it as some sort of perfect duality, where the big one is the tough protector and manly of the pair while the smaller is the softie that is weak and caring. That, or the size difference thing. The Ichiban one's cute but....I don't get how SJW fans would headcanon any 6-feet-tall, mucho macho man as a soft widdle tranny man
That's because the previous prominent black characters are men or were in Sun&Moon (who even cares about that game?). Remember Olivia? Maybe she wasn't dark enough for Tumblr. It reminds me of the inmense shitstorms that happened when people first saw Nessa (the black gym leader) and for some reason this was like the second coming of jesus for some people. tbh, i loved Olivia a lot and i liked how Brock and her easily connected with each other in the anime. But there is also Iris (who was the Champion of Unova) and Marshal of the Elite 4. And maybe you can mention other characters from Sun/Moon like Kaudan. That's because the previous prominent black characters are men or were in Sun&Moon (who even cares about that game?). what about lenora (sp?) from black and white?tbh, i loved Olivia a lot and i liked how Brock and her easily connected with each other in the anime. But like you say, maybe they weren't black enough for them. Or they just follow fads like the shallow pricks they are
>unironically comparing Tezuka's 1930s Disney-inspired style used as a cutesy contrast to a serious and emotionally heavy story to effortless hyper simplified calarts SU-knockoff shit that lacks any of the aesthetic or anatomy sense the original hadView attachment 1748339
Learn some humility holy shit.
Almost forgot about her. Damn, i really liked her design.what about lenora (sp?) from black and white?
the blackwashed Okuyasu, Yukako, Jolyne and Reimi for me looks pretty fine.Spoke WAY too soon as I found all this shit on Tumblr and Insta. No prizes for guessing which part mainly.
To be honest I see a lil beat of potential and good idea/ a generic 2010's CalArt SU inspired cartoon. Just wait, when Marcy give us more content like: full animation, story, more charactersI don't know how to archive shit, but Marcy just made an introduction about her pitch.
Which is so funny but also frustrating. The way Galar simps speak, is like for them before saint SwSh the Pokemon series was nothing but skinny white people. I see them shitting on Misty or Lenora or Elesa for the stupidest of reasons, just because they aren't darling Sonia/Gloria/Nessa.tbh, i loved Olivia a lot and i liked how Brock and her easily connected with each other in the anime. True, everyoone knows that Olivia is best black Pokéwaifu because she's legal.Which is so funny but also frustrating. I bet you anything if Nintendo announced Next Gen tomorrow, and included a bunch of black characters, all these Raihan/Nessa/Leon simps would quickly change their tune to flick their bean to the new "so progressive" characters.
Lefties are afraid of acknowledging them as people.Idk if this is just me but I hate when people refer to it as "queer/fat/poc bodies", it just sounds dehumanizing, like minorities are nothing more than the bodies that show what kind of minority they are. What's wrong with just saying "people"??
sir the fuck is up with your chin?
Those chins can rival Kronk's.the blackwashed Okuyasu, Yukako, Jolyne and Reimi for me looks pretty fine.
FF what she done do you ? She looks like a road ran over her XD
and the Jotaro reminds me of that Reconnect doujin, which I reviewed 1 page earlier XD
+Bonus black hair sperging
EDIT to avoid double posting: Speaking of terrible blackwashingBesides that fact, I'm White and Slav girl. I'm really tired, and bored, when the artist draw black persons only with afro/dreadlocks. I just wanna saw black girl with straight/wavy hair. It would be look original and non-stereotypic,or I'm thinking, that hairstyles don't have a race

Todoroki one is from the same artist, which made the JoJo version
Do not disrespect my man Kronk like thatThose chins can rival Kronk's.
I think it has something to do with the fact that using any non descript term to refer to them as people would offend some snowflake out there that might find it hurtful in some bullshit way. You cannot call them people, because you refer them as humans. But what if some of them are non human, you filthy disgraceful ableist filth?Idk if this is just me but I hate when people refer to it as "queer/fat/poc bodies", it just sounds dehumanizing, like minorities are nothing more than the bodies that show what kind of minority they are.
