As dumb as he is, I think there is some part in @BoxerShorts47 that realises that his arguments are shit but he decides to run away and ignore them by calling people who just repeat his points "concern trolls".

It is so damned convenient. In his mind, there is no need to address *points repeated back at him* because that is "concern trolling".
