A lot of it is done unconsciously. A lot of Jews are just naturally subversive and do this shit compulsively (See: Kevin MacDonald's Culture of Critique).
Others do it consciously, but it's more like a "tribe" than a conspiracy. A member of the tribe doesn't need to plot with other members of the tribe. Once they identify with the tribe they can figure out what's in the tribe's interest on their own and act accordingly (Like how all the giants in the music industry know certain things like piracy isn't in their interests and start collectively working together to lobby politicians). AIPAC, the ADL, and thousands of Jewish lobbying groups exist. Sometimes rival factions emerge within the tribe, but they all agree that you can't criticize Jews in any way and that Jews should serve Jewish interests (Even if they disagree with how it should be done). And at the end of the day these factions will join together if a gentile is fighting with one of the factions. Even if a Jew doesn't know what their tribe's interest is they will still instinctively back their own tribe (Like a fish in a school of fish observes what other fishes do and moves accordingly).

They literally don't learn history. All they "know" is "evil whitey came in and ruined the peace". They have no understanding of who lived where, what their interactions were, etc.
And they don't want to know, because seeing the people who lived in the Americas as people would go against their worldview. They talk all damn day about equality and respect, but they treat history as a danger-box that they don't dare open in case they see something uncomfortable. They'd prefer to treat the people who lived here before them as animals if that means they can maintain their worldview.

I've seen people say that Thanksgiving is bad because the Trail of Tears happened immediately following the first Thanksgiving. In reality these events took place in completely different centuries and involved zero of the same people.
It is true that relationships between the Pilgrims and the Natives soured after the first Thanksgiving, the Pilgrims wanted to convert the Natives to Christianity and abhorred the religious practices the Natives had, they wanted the Natives to follow the laws they set instead of the laws that were already in place, and sharing the land was difficult to put it very mildly. These tensions were more complex than just "The Pilgrims were all villainous and bloodthirsty," but studying all the details of why the Pilgrims and Natives failed to live peacefully forever is harder than just boiling it down to a cartoonish Good VS Evil scenario.
And of course, it all ignores that modern Thanksgiving celebrations are basically just an excuse to not go to work for a day and completely removed from any of the actual history.
