As for Anisa's ink: this parlor is being absolutely irresponsible and so is Ian for enabling this bullshit. People don't change overnight, she's clearly in a phase, and this should be a massive red flag to everyone involved that these permanent pieces will be regretted later. To do so many med-large tats, in such a short amount of time, on very visible areas that are hard to cover/remove all on someone with few and very dissimilar motifs is a big no-no and a respectable artist would turn a client down over shit like this. I’ve been powerleveling about tattoos on this thread now but GENERALLY moles that have been the same your whole life are no issue and if she went to someone reputable they would have asked also if there was no hair growing out of it then it’s (again VERY GENERALLY) okay. A lot of artists have slight knowledge of aesthetics or if they don’t they should. All of that being said the artist should have avoided those moles big time to be safe
