They’re exactly a year late, since the Hololive x Azur Lane collab happened this time last year and that was what brought Western eyes to the concept of Vtuber streamers. Cover’s practically monopolized the overseas market, bringing the Holo magic to the english-speaking crowd. I highly doubt NijiEN is going to be anywhere near as successful as HoloMyth.

The Azur Lane collab, as successful as it may, never truly a symbol of succes in the western market. It's a gacha game, a genre that many in the west hated. HoloEN's still responsible for proving to any critic that Vtubers concept could be successful in the west. I mean, Calli reaching no.1 iTunes top chart is no small feat.
There'z a reason why people like anitubers or elitist anitwitter only embracing VTubers now, and that's due to HoloEN

Yeah but PSO2 is a hot dumpster-fire of a game. As someone who played it for like 7 years, I can definitely attest to that.

Also, Coco just announced on Twitter that she's taking a break due to safety concerns. I'm sure we can all guess why.

Reminder to curbstomp chinks on-sight and turn China into a radioactive wasteland well, more of one than it already is if you ever get access to nuclear launch codes.

The translator in chat put it like this i don't remember very well i should have save it but resuming she became a shut in because of the lockdowns and was in a bad place in that time she found Pekora and become fascinated in Vtubers and went to audition for Hololive, i think she has insane luck because by rule she would not have qualified for 5th generation because all of them were already chosen, if you believe the time table we were not supposed to had HoloMyth until next year but the disaster of Aloe made Cover rush everything that is why 5th gen were laughing at the fact that it was not even 3 weeks after they debuted that they got kouhais

afaik most of her current followers agreed to not associate her with Aloe. It's not about pretending that it did not happen, it's more about moving on. Aloe is dead. Buried. Yall gotta move on, delta needs support rn.
