Trump Enslavement Syndrome - Orange man good. /r/The_Donald and any public demonstration of rabid pro-Trump enthusiasm in spite of all reason.

Stunning and brave

One Trump lawsuit misspells PA Gov. Wolf's name (I guess Trump's love of Law and Order has rubbed off on his legal team).

Another lawsuit tries proves that there was fraud in Michigan by showing that in some town had more voters than residents. Strong stuff … except he used data from the state of MN, which is not Michigan, but Minnesota, thus the mismatch the voters and residents.

Wouldn't surprise me to find more amateur, lolcowish fuckups in these lolsuits.

This verdict is written on a cocktail napkin...and it still says guilty! AND guilty is spelled wrong!

And you can bet absolute fucking retards will, years from now, still be citing this and other utter bullshit as "overwhelming proof of voter fraud."

I genuinely don't think anyone realizes how funny it is that Trump has started whining and bitching about how we need to get rid of Section 230 because the hashtag "#DiaperDon" is trending.

I hope Trump tantrums his way to an executive order eliminating section 230 for "national security" then Biden waits just long enough for Parler to get sued in to oblivion before rescinding it.

There's going to be some fun books written about the last days of Trump. There needs to be a Trumpsploitation movie called Downfall II: Bunker Bitch.

If we're going with these analogies, what was the point in the war when it was obvious the Nazis had no hope of winning? I assume that was Election Day.

There's retards over in A&H who think that screenshots of Twitter and Parler claims of election fraud are valid evidence in a court of law. Trump supporters are really, really stupid. And I don't mean that to be a dick, I mean it literally. They are really, really not smart.

Don't worry, moonbat QAnon lawyer lady is on the case, she's definitely going to blow the lid wide open on this shit. :story:

Third Circuit affirms the district court's dismissal of Trump's case in Pennsylvania. The opinion was written by a Trump appointee.

All three judges on the panel were appointed by Republicans btw.

Next-level delusion.
Lmao Ghouliani.

To start, note what it does not allege: fraud. Indeed, in oral argument before the District Court, Campaign lawyer Rudolph Giuliani conceded that the Campaign “doesn’t plead fraud.” Mot. to Dismiss Hr’g Tr. 118:19–20 (Nov. 17, 2020). He reiterated: “If we had alleged fraud, yes, but this is not a fraud case.” Id. at 137:18

And this really shows how they were just fucking around with this lawsuit:

Even if it could, it has delayed bringing this suit. For instance, in proposed Count Four, it challenges giving voters notice and letting them cure ballot defects as violating equal protection. The Campaign could have disputed these practices while they were happening or during the canvassing period. Instead, it waited almost a week after Election Day to file its original complaint, almost another week to amend it, and then another three days to amend it again. Its delay is inequitable, and further delay would wreak further inequity.
So they're supposedly in a huge legitimate lawsuit about a real injustice, and they fuck around a week before filing, then delay things even more by amending, all the time insisting it's an emergency and they need immediate relief, then filing yet another amended complaint, which would have left the court having to come up with an opinion over the weekend. Frankly, this was just a sham. They were just keeping this alive so Trump could continue blasting out constant emails begging for money.

LMAO it's literally "Throw out all these votes because they were for the other guy"

I don't think even the most partisan member of the Supreme Court is going to buy that argument

How assblasted do you think Trump will be if the Supreme Court DOES take up the case (for some reason) and then rule against him 9-0?

I'm pretty sure that's a coincidence, he's been ranting about that since before the election. Twitter flagging his tweets was a motive, though, which is almost as petty.

Extremely.

Especially if the judges he appointed himself vote against him.

They didn't stand much chance to start with, but declaring war on the USA was the absolute point of no return. It took the best part of 4 years for the inevitable to happen after that.
