Social Justice Warriors - Now With Less Feminism Sperging

It is true that relationships between the Pilgrims and the Natives soured after the first Thanksgiving, the Pilgrims wanted to convert the Natives to Christianity and abhorred the religious practices the Natives had, they wanted the Natives to follow the laws they set instead of the laws that were already in place, and sharing the land was difficult to put it very mildly. These tensions were more complex than just "The Pilgrims were all villainous and bloodthirsty," but studying all the details of why the Pilgrims and Natives failed to live peacefully forever is harder than just boiling it down to a cartoonish Good VS Evil scenario.
So that's it? this is what millenials and early GenZ grumble about? fucking nothing?
That's so gay.

I've seen people say that Thanksgiving is bad because the Trail of Tears happened immediately following the first Thanksgiving. In reality these events took place in completely different centuries and involved zero of the same people.

And of course, it all ignores that modern Thanksgiving celebrations are basically just an excuse to not go to work for a day and completely removed from any of the actual history.
It's more than even that. The French and Dutch were already well-established in modern-day Canada by 1605, but the Puritans of the Merryweather didn't show up until 1620. Fort Orange (Albany) in New York was full of arms dealers by 1624 and made their money selling to the Iraqois and Huron since the French refused to sell to anyone who wasn't Christian.
But wait, there's more! In a fun bit of twisted alliances, the Pequot were basically wiped out in 1627 not because "Durr hurr we hate natives" but because they were allied with the Dutch against the English.
Smallpox didn't show up until 1651, and it decimated the Hurons (whose corpses were posthumously baptised by their French allies). With the Hurons out of the picture, the Iraqois pushed west along the south of the great lakes (French coming from above) and went after their neighbors. France then wrapped around on the Mississippi and started heading south, trapping the Iraqois expansion in the East.
AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN HIT 1700 yet!

Well, everything I mentioned there did eventually lead to a war in 1655, but the first Thanksgiving was in 1621... So, again, we aren't really talking about all the same people here and saying it had anything to do with the Pilgrims and the Natives celebrating a harvest together one time and not unrelated tensions that built up for a long while after that took place isn't really accurate.

The part of the classic story about Thanksgiving that gets told that the Pilgrims and Natives planned this big get-together isn't really true, the Pilgrims began celebrating their first successful harvest and the Natives just joined when they saw what was happening. But, you wouldn't get as much traction if that discrepancy was the only thing you had to complain about, so they need to resort to all of the bad things that happened decades and even centuries later to paint the event as completely evil and bad.

I quite like the ChinX trend

So what's so bad about thanksgiving again?
we thanked a native tribe for showing us how to survive and that's bad because we killed off tribes that were trying to murder us?

Not to mention then some ot these native tribes fight and kill against each other.

And so am I. :story: But I wonder if Chinese president Xi the Pooh will like it? I have some doubts.

The Trail of Tears, of course, happened about 2 centuries later in the Southeast with completely unconnected tribes.

Lol no you murderous fuck, Kyle was protecting himself from people like you. So was Zimmerman. Also none of these retards seem to comprehend that getting bail does not mean you're free, which is particularly amazing for a dude well acquainted with the criminal justice system. The replies are a perfect display of Leftist ignorance, misinformation, gullibility, and terminal retardation.

They have absolutely no idea how any of this works. It's all "white privilege" and "across state lines" and "assault weapon" and "he had no business there!" And when called on their bullshit, it's back to "the protests were peaceful, you guys are so dramatic lol."
They are so damn pissed off that self-defense exists.

A good rule of thumb is to watch and see if they invoke 'stand your ground' for Zimmerman. SYG never came up because of the small problem of Zimmerman being pinned and his head getting bounced off the concrete by Skittles Boy. If they do, they're faggots.

Similarly, SYG wouldn't apply to Rittenhouse as he was trying to back off anyways before the Antifa retard brigade charged him.

Get your white man hate facts away from here! This is a safe space. But seriously, do you ever wonder if the retards who spout nonsense like that just got every bit of information they had from stuff like this and took it as gospel?

I thought this was funny while shopping black fri deals:

Ah, the two genders: male and everyone.
Normally when I see something like this it's the other way around, ie; one option is 'female' and the other is 'unisex'. Good strides in equality for weird product descriptions, I guess.
