The few snippets I am reading from this post look to be the federal judge saying “I am not gonna put up with a counter-appeal over in-state issues, take it upstairs.“ The judge is correct: There were already State rulings on this case and there are no federal laws for the federal court to act upon Giuliani‘s evidence. Sure, the federal judge can rule in Giuliani’s favor, however there will be an appeal to run out the clock, meaning anything bad that happens as a result will be the fault of said judge.
