Legitimately nothing. Read the document. It's from Wednesday. He's just trying to get more clickies. I know the Trumpers are seething mad I am pointing this out, but legit read the damn document
I'm not sure what Barnes is going on about presenting that as new news, either, but maybe it's the first time he's posted that and he's just out of the loop. I don't tag along behind him so I have no idea. The general rise of that story out of Pennsylvania is that the Republican lawmakers just introduced a new resolution about 6 hours ago. They're making the argument that the election results were certified prematurely, what with all of the outstanding lawsuits flying around concerning the results and the validity of those results.

It hasn't reached the House or the Senate yet, though.

"Lt. Gov. John Fetterman told KDKA last week that if the votes are not certified in Pennsylvania by Monday, Nov. 30, there will be no members of the state House and half the state Senate will not be in office as that is when their terms expire."
The stakes just keep getting more interesting, though, don't they? I don't know how anyone could be bored, right now. :woo:

Unless Barnes did an edit and changed the link, what he posted says it was filed today. Might be similar to Wednesday’s, just letting you know though.

Edit: Yeah it looks like he was showing that it was actually filed.

PDF of ruling.
The Court agrees it would be untenable for the legislature to appoint the electors where an election has already occurred, if the majority of voters who did not vote by mail entered their votes in accord with a constitutionally recognized method, as such action would result in the disenfranchisement of every voter in the Commonwealth who voted in this election – not only those whose ballots are being challenged due to the constitutionality of Act 77. However, this is not the only equitable remedy available in a matter which hinges upon upholding a most basic constitutional right of the people to a fair and free election. Hence, Respondents have not established that greater harm will result in providing emergency relief, than the harm suffered by the public due to the results of a purportedly unconstitutional election.

from page 12, emphasis in the original

If this is from wednesday, i'm surprised no one here picked it up.

Yeah, it's just a resolution about the thing filed Wednesday. It's nothing new. I have no idea why the Trumpers are mad I am pointing this out, either. It's legit like 6 hour old news which is based on 48 hour old news.

EDIT: Deleted last post to merge both

They do it so quickly too; A few years ago Tucker gave a constrained criticism to Trump that intervening further in Syria is a bad idea and suddenly Trump supporters were declaring he was a traitor for trying to stop them from committing electoral suicide through Iraq 2.0.

It makes me respect Carlson more tbh, he has a consistent enough world view and has not been afraid to call out Trump for being retarded.
Tucker’s consistency is admirable. My issue with the Powell situation was him thinking he was entitled to see the evidence before it was submitted to a court. He is right to be skeptical of Powell’s claims without evidence and people who immediately went all in on the story are goofy. Would it be cool if it is all proven? Yes. Even so, I am still skeptical until she wins or the ropes come out.

You simps even defended him wanting to stop Covid testing so that the numbers would look better for his campaign. You guys insult Biden all the time, yet you rarely ever see me defend him.

Yes? I can defend some things and still not tardrage over every criticism like you simps do with Trump

Anyone who thinks Trump was being serious about the covid testing didn't watch the speech. See this is the problem. We could talk about his ridiculously large support of Israel, we could say that his COVID response was too slow, we could say his recognition of Marxist policy in the Government was too late. But no, you keep on bringing up jokes he makes as if he's serious, so we have to sit here and tell you to watch the actual footage yourself.

You legit had people, on this very forum, saying it was a fantastic idea to do that because "it's just a cold bro"

He's the Trump of the Farms. He's really funny if you can manage to at least stand him.

Decent guy without the Trump and A&H for him to bounce off of.
I read all his posts and they're total shit. However, out of respect for his seniority, I never rate or refute them. Same with APC who I like because of his Tuscangarder trolling.
I don't hate him, but I'm contractually obligated to rate on the basis that he's just as much an old geriatric boomer as the candidates he's trying to berate. I'd actually laugh if it weren't for that fact; it's sad to watch and I wish his day gets better. Until then, the negging continues until morale improves (or he gets a hint).

APC's a /pol/tard Canadian. There are no compromises. The day of the rake can only be hastened.

I have nothing but best wishes for our friendly neighborhood Iranian goatfucking friend, though. Cultural exchange. Be nicer.

Seeing the Right turn on Fox News and Tucker Carlson for not mindlessly sucking Trump's cock and pointing out his lawfare being an embarrassing failure was very enlightening.

For all the Right's mocking on "brainwashed" Leftwingers you guys sure were quick to turn on "your guys" for not telling you what you want to hear.
Can't blame 'em for being paranoid Qboomers that wet their pants instead of acting in the face of dilemma. They think it's some sort of spy fiction or something. You'd expect that kind of shitty taste from Pajeets Asians Brits otherwise.

I was for intervention in syria when word started coming out that the FSA were killing christians wholesale. It blew my mind how much the protestants fawned over muslim refugees but ignored the christian plight until it was too late. by then it was 2-3 years after they abducted Metropolitan Paul of Aleppo and Bishop Yohanna Ibrahim and the churches were mostly smashed up and the Christians exiled, killed or enslaved.

that was back when Youtube still had combat videos and you could watch FSA/SAA kill each other.

Wait, this wasn't the document that was filed on Wednesday, was it? I'm having a difficult time keeping track of all the moving pieces, but I don't remember reading this at all. I'm really interested in the footnotes on page 12.

Biden doing a rally in Georgia was suspicious as fuck as it's the equivalent of Trump doing a rally in Vermont. It's a strong red state unlike Arizona which has a slight GOP majority in the state legislature.

Trump is now doing one and will be interesting to see if he draws a large crowd to aid him in his battld against the GOPe.

The only victories I see for Trump is either SCOTUS or the states nuke the electoral college. Whatever will happen, Trump will plan it fast and quick before the liberals wake up on December 15th to see Trump declared president and that is if he succeeds.

As a Leftist I can relate, I like Bill Maher for being one of the few Leftwing media figures willing to call out the DNC's woke pandering and how it hurts the party.

At the rate of lawsuits passing this is a plain loss for Trump. Dude just needs to suck it up and deal.
Disagree. This is a hopeless fight, but the GOP needs to learn to fight and stop their cuckery. If we go back to the GOP of the Bush era, I’ll wash my hands of the party - not out of love for Trump but because why fucking bother supporting a party that doesn’t want to win?
