I've gathered some stuff about the site and the guy who runs it. Not sure how I should share the information or if it's even worth sharing at all. There's an interview (in Chinese) with the founder of the company. The team is described as a "Silicon Valley tech teach with several Chinese core members" and these sites describe the website as an "American, alternative to YouTube".
Maybe the team consist of several Chinese members, but still at large an American Silicon Valley scheme?

I was being ironic, duh. I think Fuentes is starting to realize the amount of baggage they bring along with them, and seeing the amount of opportunity he has to grow his audience after doing all these rallies. Nick has always had an amount of natural talent rarely found in his sphere, paired with a huge amount of weaknesses that have held him back and kept him away from the mainstream. His history as an edgy /pol/ack both formed his audience, and catered to his own tastes. He also has a shortage of irl firneds, so when he befriends people liked Baked Alaska, he stands by them even though they are an obvious liability. He also has a massive amount of hubris and while he can dish out criticism, he can't take it very well himself. However, despite these flaws, he clearly has a natural gift for speaking, and he's seen those results amplified at these stop the steal rallies. He was previously blacklisted by most outlets, but now he can see his speeches influencing large groups of people that were previously unavailable to him, most notably boomers. This is the first step in him distancing from these irl streamers as he tries to move to a larger audience. They may have been forgiven by his more longstanding audience that are used to watching and tolerating internet shitshows, but the boomers and other mainstream demographics will be turned off by it if he sticks with them.
His recent activism is the start of a pivot in my opinion, even if its only a small one. He's going for the big leagues by trying to win over large swaths of people who attended in person, and push them towards his side. If you listen to any of his speeches he spends a good amount of time going after opposition such as Charlie Kirk and various congressmen. These people are his competitors and by weakening the opinion of a solid chunk of the conservative base I think he's making a power play. He's either going to try and go 3rd party with some sort of America First party, or attempt to form a coalition of republican's in line with his goals. He will continue to distance himself from the irl streamers like Baked, as he moves to a more mainstream position where their antics will no longer be tolerated.
I think we will see alot from Nick in the upcoming months, and whether that's massive success as he finds a new demographic of followers, or a catastrophic failure where he has to reconcile his past and associations with the boomers, remains uncertain.
