I know some people probably don't want to hear this, but I don't think they booked him. I think they cuffed him, conducted an investigation, and then cut him lose. I have had work clients processed through jail here, and then released with a court date, and this happened too quick for even that.

Plus, in Phoenix right now, I can attest they're cutting back on arrests for minor shit because of the COVID-19 crap. They're emphasizing citations, or just not giving a shit.

Could be wrong. Will be one of those things where I will be perfectly happy if I am.

No they didn't book him and he wasn't jailed. Someone claimed he had kidnapped May and that she was underage. Not hard to disprove that, and since no crime had been committed, they had no reason to hold him. He definitely has not been booked else he'd be in a cell right now, not streaming.

He wasn't arrested, just detained - somebody called in a false tip that he'd kidnapped May so a few officers showed up to investigate. He was cuffed and eventually released after they questioned the two of them and apparently reviewed the VOD of the stream.
